Put milk in pot an heated

to 45-50deg (125F)
Put the pot a side and add the creamy pure Yogurt (125g
for the 10L milk but you can put more Yogurt than 125g, it
would be the same result!) If you want only 2L milk you
can put 125g Yogurt or the half because the rest of the
Yogurt you will not need it once you have later 2L Yogurt!
Put the pot now in a save place and covered
to keep it warm for a long period of time (8-12
hours)
After 10 hours the milk becomes pure yogurt. Put it a
refrigerator to have it a little bite cold (7-12 degrees
Cel.). The Yogurt is ready to be drunk pure or with honey
or added to fruit salad. Don't drink direct from the pot,
just drink from glass other wise the Yogurt become
Sauer!

Put the Yogurt in a Cotton! Sack for 10 Hang it up to


hours!. filter it from
the water!
Note: if the sack is thin put two or three
sacks inside each other, so that the water After 10 hours! The Yogurt
only will go out and not the white yogurt!!! Butter is finished all the
Yogurt’s water is out!

6L Yogurt = about 600g Yogurt Butter!
