Please know spelling and definitions of the words below: Reading/Writing: We will begin reading our next core lit. book, “Max Axiom: Super Scientist” quote: direct text from an article, book, etc. where students will study a new genre, graphic novels, and learn the steps to the scientific sequential: the order in which something happens. method. Using this graphic novel, they will begin to answer the unit question: How do new and societal needs: the needs or wants of a group of improved technologies meet societal needs? people. Grammar: Conjunctions technologies: an invention or a method that improves the quality of life in a society. Math: Multiplying and dividing decimals. We will take our mid-module 2 test on Thursday, after device: different types of machines, tools, or gadgets. reviewing on Wednesday. skill: the ability to do something well. Science: We will finish our Spaceship Earth unit. To sum up this unit on astronomy, students invention: a machine, device, or system that has will work on creating an infographic online about been invented by someone. one of the planets in our solar system.
