the opportunity of doing this training, to gain practical experience and understand the demands of the
professional environment. I am thankful for the experience I’ve gained, which has given me
confidence, enhanced my professional skills and increased my level of competence in the practical
Architectural field.
I am highly grateful to the architect of the building AR. SANJU BOSE (S BOSE LANDSCAPE
CONSULTANTS) for , valuable information and immense support. His guidance has given me
immense help and encouragement in completing my training in the given duration. I respect him for
his understanding of the problems faced by the students, and his ability to solve them with ease.
I am also grateful to our principal– Ar. Aradhana Jindal and members of the department for their
support and guidance.

1. Introduction
1.1. The project is delivered successfully on time and offers wonderful 2 and 3 BHK apartments which are ready to move in.
Ace City has 11 towers which are built with supreme construction technology and specifications. The best part about
Ace City is its closeness to Express Highway, Delhi and proposed metro station making voyaging and networks a
considerable measure less demanding. The project also offers considerably easy connectivity from South and East Delhi.

3.8 Aesthetics: - The aesthetics of the building depict rich heritage as well as contemporary look

4. CIRCULATION
4.1 Firefighting: - Two systems are installed in the building:

4.2 Service Core: - Two lifts and a staircase with Ramp have been provided in the Basement.
4.3 Vertical circulation (Lifts, Stair Cases, Escalators etc.): - Two lifts and a staircase is provided in the building.
4.4 Electrical services: - Both power and electrical layout is been given and executed properly in the towers.
4.5 HVAC- HVAC has been done in the building. Acoustic boards are used at some places, rest wooden boards are
used.
