II.1 Form of Business Organization

Type of Business Organization: Partnership

A partnership is very cheap and very easy to do for a small business that
will be set up. Since it is small business is run by a group, the decisions how to manage
and how to make the business successful will be discussed and shared together. Every
people involved in the business will have their own contribution and responsibilities to
attain. They type of partnership that will be used is the General Partnership since the
members will be participating in managing the business. The decisions will be made by
all the members with open communication to avoid conflicts. The members of the
partnership will discuss about their strategies, weaknesses and strengths of the
business. One of the advantage of being in a Partnership business is that it will always
have new and trendier products for the public because of the different ideas.

4.) Business Laws and Regulations

SOPHIE (Skin Whitening Soap) must meet all Federal and state regulations
concerning soap manufacturing. Specifically, Corporation Code of the Philippines in
Republic Act 11232 of 2019.

 Graduated of Industrial Chemistry (B.S.)


 Holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA) and
Master's Degree Programs.
 Must have a great deal of experience in the Business Area.
 10 Years of working in Soap Industry as a Senior Manager.
 Must have a Good Personality and also Hard Working.

MARKETING

 Graduates who earn a Bachelor Degree in Marketing.


 Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling process technology in the
chemicals industry.
 Must have a naturally empathetic style, great people skills and a strong
track record in business to business sales.
 Must have an experience in creating a soap product.

SERVICES

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.


 Have a good understanding of management practices and techniques.
 Outstanding communication skill.
 Have an exceptional relationship building skills, with client, colleagues
and team members.

SALES

 Bachelor Degree / Master’s Degree graduate.


 Must have a broad technical and analytical business skills.
 Must have a strong track record of selling in beauty products
manufacturing sector.
 Must be hardworking, ambitious and keen to build a long and
successful career within beauty product sales.

II.5 Roles and Responsibilities of Personnel

Mr. John Mhel Sacmar as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), he is a leader which
responsible for overall success of a business. They make decisions and manage the
company. In fact, they support and motivate the employees in organization products.

Ms. Joyce Tanay and Ms. Winslet Ann Louise Siozon as part of Marketing, their
responsibilities is to listen to the customer's needs. They also make market research
that helps to identify market opportunities and better understanding of customer’s
needs.
Ms. Eljay Pondoc and Ms. Michelle Zipagan as part of Services, a customer
service requires a great deal of patience since the customers may be rude or
demanding at times. They also give customers some information about the products
and services, a service department should be satisfy the customer’s needs.

Ms. Ella Vasquez and Ms. Eunice Sarsona as part of Sales, they are being
responsible for accessing the needs of customers and they are also the one who
communicate with customers and deal with it. In addition, their responsibilities is to
provide the information on product and explain it in detail to the customer. Specially,
they demonstrate the product and make sale.

II.6 Compensation Plan

Compensation Plan is the total cash and non-cash payments that you give to an
employee in exchange for the work they do for your business. It is typically one of the
biggest expenses for businesses with employees. Compensation is more than an
employee’s regular paid wages. It also includes many other types of wages and
benefits.

COVERAGE:

Generally, compensated part from any extra payments for overtime or other
additional payments It is a form of compensation paid to employees over and above
regular salary or wages. Employee benefits come in many forms and are an important
part of the overall compensation package offered to employees.

 Straight salary or hourly rate: Under this method of compensation the


employee receives a stipulated sum paid weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, or
monthly or a fixed amount for each hour of work.
 Salary plus commission: Under this method of compensation the employee
receives a commission on all sales in addition to a base salary.
 Quota bonus: This method of compensation is the commission payment is
paid on sales over and above a predetermined sales quota.
 Straight commission without advances: Under this method of compensation
the employee is paid a flat percentage on each dollar of sales he makes.
Types of Compensation Plan:

 Base pay rate is the essentially the minimum amount an employee can
expect to receive before taxes and other deductions.
 Commission is a payment made to employees based on the value of sales
achieved.
 Over waged is a amount of money that is paid to an employee for
each hour worked.
 Bonus pay, a monetary payment made to an employee over and above their
standard salary or compensation package. Bonuses are one of the ways
employers reward their employees for a job well done.
 Bonus pay, an advantage, privilege, right, or financial reimbursement of
bonus such as that made under an insurance policy, medical plan, or pension
plan.
 Other non - cash benefits are defined as a form of compensation paid by
employers to employees over and above regular salary or wages. Employee
