INTRODUCTION
LOG EXPERIENCE
On my experience of walking for about 5 kilometers, I could still
tolerate the tiredness and the catching of heavily breath with
each step for almost when I've reached the half of the 5
kilometer. I have experience the coldness since I've done my
walking at night ,so my sweat is cold ,that i almost got a hard
cough but i ended up find when i got rest after the walking
REFLECTION
At first I thought I couldn't make it.
Or I'll be just ended up can't make it, but made it of walking on
a long walk.
Even tho i did it even when I'm tired, it was fun because we
took photo during in walking and the time of my walking or the
Hours are long enough for me to have the experience the hustle
and tiredness.

SELF ASSESSMENT
To do this activity I get ready myself to its impact to my body. At
first it was ok, I could still tolerate the tiredness and I'm still not
yet exhausted.
I walk my feet only step that is normal, not too fast.
I just calm myself but in the middle part of my journey I could
feel already the tension and the intensity of getting the impact,
feeling it to my body as my body is still tolerating the numbness
on my feet and leg. It was very tiring yet after the result, I felt
the enchantment of my cardio even a bit of the result.
Recreationally advocacy.
My aim to this type of activity is to have the real purpose of
walking on a 5 kilometer and to know what it's benefits and
what is the effect of this activity to my body. This activity here i
found out that it also burns calories as well as for those who
need to decrease fat on their body. But for me, it is a just
beneficial treatment anybody to maintain my physical wealth as
an active individual.
