SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, EDUARDO U. RESELOSA married, Filipino, of legal age, a residents of 846 Nara St.,
Poblacion Makilala, North Cotabato City, Philippines and JULIANA L. RESELOSA, widowed, Filipino,
of legal age and a resident of Molave St. Poblacion, Makilala, North Cotabato, Philippines do hereby named
constitute and appoint RADEGUNDA RESELOSA TABIGUE married, Filipino a resident of Boctol,
Balilihan, Bohol, Philippines to be our true and lawful Attorney –in-fact for us and in our name, place stead,
and our own use and benefit, to do perform any and all of the following acts and things, namely:
1. To sign execute the EXTRAJUDICIAL PARTITION WITH SIMULTANEOUS SALE and all
affidavits and instruments needed for the transfer of ownership of the lands and to receive the
consideration of the sale;

2. To SELL, TRANSFER, CEDE and CONVEY our inherited parcels of land which are described
as Tax Declaration No. 2016-06-0007-00772, Lot No. 21371, Lot No. 21374 and Lot No.
21375, containing an area of 18,932 square meter more or less, situated at Boctol, Balilihan,
Bohol, Philippines.

3. To claim, receive and acknowledge receipts of the Land Title or any other documents in
connection thereto:

4. To sign and execute the necessary documents needed for the exercise of the aforementioned
powers;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney In-Fact full powers and authority to
do and perform all and every acts necessary or requisite to carry into effects the foregoing authority as fully
to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that said attorney or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
