Subject: Regarding permission for a food stall during E-Week’19.

Respected Sir.
I am writing this mail to you on behalf of Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership(CEL). As
every year, we are conducting ​E- Week​, the annual entrepreneurship festival of BITS, Pilani.
E-Week’19 is scheduled from 4th February- 10th February. It is a weeklong festival where we try
to spread the entrepreneurial vibe in and around the campus and try to imbibe skills and
inspiration among the BITS community.
One of our ​sponsors​ wants to put up a ​food stall​ during one of the events in
E-Week’19. The food stall will be set up in the ​LTC QT​ and will be open only in the evening after
6 p.m​ for around 4 hours after the classes get over. He is ready to sponsor a good amount for it.
The only requirement he has is the space to put his stall.
We wanted your permission for the same.

​The location of the stall can also be changed according to the feasibility of the institute.
