Topic Description:
The Applicants are seeking approval for a 42 room resort with guest dining facilities, and the ability to host
a maximum of 78 events per year, with up to 160 attendees each. The Applicants are also
requesting approval to have aboveground water storage for the project’s potable and fire suppression
needs, and a belowground sewage treatment facility to treat a maximum of 11,000 gallons per day. The
property is located at 3677 Grove Lane, Delaplane.
Requested Action:
Conduct the Public Hearing and forward a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
