SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

WE, MARIA LEONORA M. JUMAPIT and EUNICE VIRGIE A. MUNAR, both of legal age,
Filipinos, married and residents of Brgy. Tibal-og, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, Philippines, by
virtue of these presents, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT our mother, ELAINE A.
MUNAR, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of the same address above-stated, whose
signature appearing hereunder, to be our true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for us and in our
name, place and stead, to do and perform any or all of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To process, get, claim and receive cash or check from the office of Marsman Estate
Plantation, Inc. (MEPI) and/or Davao Marsman Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Multi-
Purpose Cooperative (DAMARB-MPC) in connection with the Beneficiary Trust Fund
(BTF), dividends, refunds and any/all claims and benefits of the late MARIO M. MUNAR;

2. To encash check/s with any authorized banks or financial institutions incidental with
the aforesaid transaction;

3. To represent us, sign on our behalf and do all acts necessary to carry into effect the
authority given by virtue of these presents.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary to be done in and
about the promises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, and hereby ratifying and confirming, all that our said Attorney-in-Fact may do and
perform by virtue of these presents.
