well-being of employees and their families. DACSS Co. provides benefits for their employees to manage
and balance their abilities to finish their work productively. Aside from highly competitive salaries,
employees also receive above-industry rates for overtime and other work-related premiums. Employees
also receive guaranteed 13th month pay, birthday gifts and Christmas bonuses as well as perfect
attendance incentives and an employee award with a cash price 20% of their monthly salary.

 Sack of rice semi-annually or an employee can convert it to its cash equivalent.

 Health and Medical Insurance - extended to one member of the family under 75% company - 25%
employee sharing scheme.

 Profit Sharing (when the profit exceeds 6 billion)

 Cell phone (10 working years) - Free cellphone, memory card and one sim card.

 Clothing allowance - an employee receive allowances for their proper work attire.

 Paid holidays/vacation - 15 days, 3 days are convertible.

 Sick leave - 10 days non convertible to cash.

 Maternity leave - for female employees 2 weeks before and 3 months after with half pay of their
salary. It is to provide sufficient time for a mother's recovery and to have an adequate bonding with
her newborn.

 Bereavement leave - seven days with pay, applicable only to death of legitimate spouse, parents, or
children.

 Death benefits - to help employees by paying the expenses incurred as a result of the demised
family member of an employee.

 Retirement benefits (20-30 working years) - non-contributory, for employees by planning a


comfortable life after retirement.

Agreement made this day of February 9, 2019 by and between DACSS Co. and a new Supervisor.
