RADIATOR
1. No Dents , Damage on the Radiator assembly, Pipings, Tank Body, Conservator Tank (Y/N) :
2. No Oil Leakage from Plugs, Gaskets, Weld Joints & Flange Joints.
3. Level of Radiator checked after assembly (Far End from Trafo shall not be at higher level) (Y/N) :
4. Air is released by opening the Top plug & bottom Valve (Y/N) :
5. All the Plugs are tightened and and valves are kept in Open Position (Y/N) :
6. Radiator Earthing is completed (Y/N) :
7. Fan Assembly is completed after the radiator Assembly (If applicable) (Y/N) :

Conclusion: The Radiators are successfully Commissioned as per the Manufacturer's Installation & Commissioning Manual (Yes / No) :

TRANSFORMER MARSHALLING BOX:


1. Wiring Completeness of the TR Marshalling box is Checked as per the scheme drawings Y/N) :
2. Working of Space Heater, Thermostat, Lighting Circuit is checked and satisfactory (Y/N) :
3. Continuity of Wiring from Accessories to TR Marshalling Box & from Marshalling box to Feeder Panel is checked & satisfactory (Y/N) :
4. Setting of all the accessories in the Marshalling box viz. OLR, Thermostat, OTI/WTI etc. is complete (Y/N) :

COOLING FANS: FAN Current Start @ Stop @


(1) Cooling Fans are Erected as per the Drawing ( As per Cooling Air Flow Path - Y/N ) :

(2) Wiring, Termination, Dressing of Cables are completed as per the Drawing / Cable Schedule (Y/N) :
(3) Check for Insulation Resistance of Each Fan is completed & found > 10Mohms (Y/N) : 2
(4) Check the Current in each Fan & Compare with the Fan FLC. (Fan Current must be < FLC - Y / N): 3
(5) Open Gland holes are plugged in the Fan TB by Blinding Plugs (Y/N) :
(6) Fan Body is earthed securely with Transformer body Earthing (Y /N) : 4
(7) Group Start & Stop Settings are Verified for automatic Start / Stop as per the Drawing (Y / N ) : 5

CONSERVATOR / BREATHER :
(1) No Dents , Damage, Rust observed on the conservator Tank Body (Y/N) :

(3) Pipings are erected as per the Drawing with Valves (Y/N) :
(4) Air Cell is Commissioned as per the I&C Manual (Y/N) :
(5) Breather is installed & Commissioned as per the Drawing (Y/N) :
(6) Earthing of Conservator is complete (Y/N) :
(7) Oil Level in the Main Conservator & OLTC Conservator is checked & Confirmed to be within Min-Max as per requirement (Y/N) :
(8) All Oil leakages are arrested from Conservator (Flange Joints, H/w, Drain Plugs etc.) Y/N) :
(9) New, dehydrated, Blue Silica Gel is filled in the breather (Y/N) :

Conclusion: The Conservator (Main & OLTC), Breather, Air Cells are successfully Commissioned as per the Manufacturer's Installation &
Commissioning Manual (Yes / No) :

OLTC & OLTC MARSHALLING BOX (Or OCTC) :


1. OLTC Marshalling Box Wiring is Completed & Checked as per the Scheme drawings.
2. Motor IR is checked & found above 10Mohms.
3. Mechanical Operation Checks on OLTC (Or OCTC) : One complete Cycle (Normal Tap - Highest Tap - Lowest Tap - Normal Tap) Checked & the Mechanical
operation of the Tap Changer Assembly is smooth, Indications are clear (Y/N) :
4. Electrical Operation of OLTC from Marshalling Box - One complete Cycle (Normal Tap - Highest Tap - Lowest Tap - Normal Tap) Checked & Mechanical
operation of the Tap Changer Assembly is smooth, Indications at TR, RTCC are clear (Y/N) :
5. Electrical Operation of OLTC from RTCC - Manual Operation : One complete Cycle (Normal Tap - Highest Tap - Lowest Tap - Normal Tap) Checked &

OTHER CHECKS ON TRANSFORMER :

1. No Leakage of Oil from Valves, Flange Joints of TB, Flange joints of Top Plate, Gaskets, Weld Joints in Pipes & Tank (Y/N) :
2. Top Plate : No missing H/w - Loose H/w, Vent Plug is tightened (Y/N):
3. Bushings: No Crack, Damage on the Bushings, No Dents on the transport hood,
4. Transport hood removed during Erection, Oil Level is Satisfactory, Earthing Cap is assembled to Bushing (Y/N) :
5. Explosion Vent: Diaphragm is intact, No Oil spillage around the Vent (Y/N):
6. HV/LV Jumpers : No Mismatch of Holes, No missing H/w, Assembly tightness Torque checked as per Torque chart (Y/N):
7. Fire Protection System installation and commissioning is Completed as per the drawing / Supplier's manual (Y/N) :
8. CT circuit checks : Circuits checked by secondary injection, Safety Earthing of CT circuits (Y/N):
9. Trapped Air Released from Buchholz relay, radiators, Tank, OLTC, Bushings (Y/ N) :
10. External Earthing of Transformer Body, radiators, Marshalling Boxes, Fans, Pumps, Bushing Hood, Terminal Boxes is Complete (Y/N):
11. Oil Testing is done for the BDV Value & found satisfactory (Y/N) :
12. Oil is available in the Thermometer Pockets (Y/N) :
13. Valve Status _ Correct as per the Valve Schedule, Correctness / Operation position of Valves checked & found as per Transformer Manual (Y/N) :
14. Neutral Earth Pits are complete ly erected and commissioned (Y/N) :

CONCLUSION: All the accessories of the Transformer are commissioned successfully. The transformer is Cleared for Final Commis sioning (Y/N) :
