A RESOLUTION REQUESTING SENATOR CYNTHIA A. VILLAR, MANAGING

DIRECTOR, VILLAR SOCIAL INSTITUTE FOR POVERTY ALLEVIATION AND
GOVERNANCE (VILLAR SIPAG) 1 VERMI-COMPOSTING FACILITY FOR THE
IMALLANGO TANAP ASSOCIATION AND OTHER FARMER BENEFICIARIES IN
THE AREA THAT USES AND PRACTICES VERMI-COMPOSTING AND MUSHROOM
PRODUCTION.

“WHEREAS, the members of the Imallango Tanap Association Inc. is fully registered to
the Security of Exchange Commission with registry No. CN 201530585, it is accredited
to the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office – Cordillera Administrative
Region.

WHEREAS, it is one of the acknowledge clamors of the farmers to avail one unit
Shredder to shred food for the night colar worms for easy composting and to shred
wood dust for mushroom production.

WHEREAS, the unavailability of shredder will delay the composting of the food for night
colar worms hence slow production of vermin-composting for fertilizer of high value
crops produce of the farmers.

WHEREAS, shredder if provided to the organization will fast tract the production of
vermin-compost fertilizer which will increase the produce of the farmers.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Ms. Lea Bancillo and seconded by Mr. Roderick
Dumallig, President to be duly authorized representative of the organization to follow up
the resolution.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward this resolution to Senator Cynthia A. Villar, Managing

Director, Villar Social Institute For Poverty Alleviation And Governance (VILLAR SIPAG)
For Consideration And Favorable Action.

ADMINISTRATIVE REGION FOR 1 VERMI-COMPOSTING FACILTY FOR THE
IMALLANGO TANAP ASSOCIATION AND OTHER FARMER BENEFICIARIES IN

Dumallig, President to be duly authorized representative of the organization to follow up
the resolution.

FARMER BENEFICIARIES IN THE AREA THAT USES AND PRACTICES
VERMICOMPOSTING.

the Security of Exchange Commission with registry No. CN 201530585, it is accredited
to the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office – Cordillera Administrative

Pump to irrigation of the farm especially during drought or dry spell.

WHEREAS, the unavailability of the source of irrigation water indeed one problem
besetting the farmers in the area wit delayed planting of their crops;

WHEREAS, synchronous planting can be achieved if source of water is available

thereby minimizing the attack of pest and diseases;

WHEREAS, solar pump if provided to the organization will ease the burdens of farmers
in water shortage especially during the critical growth stages of their crops and help the
farmers increase income and attain financial freedom.

WHEREAS, 1 unit solar pump is requested from the Department of Agriculture-CAR to

meet the desire needs of farmers who are cultivating more or less 8 hectares.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Ms. Carina Bulao and seconded by Mr. Antonio
Angli, President to be duly authorized representative of the organization to follow up the
resolution.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward this resolution to ANGEL C. ENRIQUEZ, CESO III,
