AGREEMENT

On ________________, _________(Landlord/ Borrower) of legal age, widow, agreed to

allow ______________________, (Lessee/Lender) also of legal age and married to
_______________, to stay/conduct business in a property that I own (Ground floor only,
____________Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City) for the period one (1) year on the condition that
the latter will lend me an amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (500,000.00) - interest free.
The parties are in agreement that the interest that might occur with regard to the money lend
shall be considered as the payment for the rent of the property. Henceforth, during the period of
the contract, no rental payment will be made and no loan interest will occur. Stated differently, at
the end of the contract, the 500,000.00 pesos shall be returned to the lender and the borrower is
not liable to pay any amount of interest.

In case of failure to pay on the date agreed upon, the undersigned, __________________
shall act as a guarantor to fulfill the obligation.
