AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, REGINA T. ARCAMO and RAVENNA L. GUERRERO, both of legal ages,

married and single, respectively, both Filipinos, and respectively residents of Waterlily St.,
Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, and P2A Ampayon Butuan City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state THAT:

1. We have been officemates in PG Management Corporation for more than four

years, and during this period of time, we personally know ROSELYN V. VELEZ
being her office co-worker;

2. That during the lifetime of the said family in the neighbourhood until the death of
______________________, we have continuously observed and known that
spouses _____________________ and ____________________ had no other
children, legitimate or otherwise, deceased or surviving, living with them or in
some place other than the family home or abode, or any knowledge of any other
child born outside wedlock or had been claiming or establishing filiation to

process of establishing filiation; and

3. That we are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing set of facts without any promise or reward or any other monetary
consideration but solely for the purpose of declaring that the only surviving
