HPE 2204 Fixtures/Records Committee

Role Descriptor
As member of the Fixtures/Records Committee you will take an active role in creating the
fixtures and maintaining the records for the HPE 2204 Volleyball season. Some of these
decisions may be made together with the tutor, but in most instances the Records Committee
will be sole decision-making body.

Your Tasks / Duties may include

 In conjunction with festivity, decide what aspects of the SEPEP season will be
acknowledged and recognized throughout the season and at the ESE Event.
 Maintain a true and accurate record of events for the SEPEP Volleyball season.
 Create a variety of fixtures for the SEPEP season
 Ensure the fixtures are fair
 In conjunction with the other committees roster duty teams for equipment, refereeing
etc.
 Send all relevant information regarding the season to Publicity for publishing

 Ability to cooperate with publicity committee and Sports Board to ensure the
competition is kept up to date.
 Ability to be fair, responsible and impartial.
 Be a role model for your peers.
 Willingness to work with others to solve problems
 Attending to students’ concerns.
 Punctuality and dependability.

Desirable Skill / Attribute

 Willingness to meet with the various committees outside of class.
 Computing skills to record and update results, summaries, ladders, etc.
