You will be responsible for:
▪ Smooth and efficient operations of the department through prompt, effective and proper reservations service to
achieve maximum room revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target
▪ Training the new team members as well as creating a culture of generating new knowledge opportunities.
▪ Producing daily / monthly reports for sound decision making
▪ Ensures all reservations are accurately captured in the system as well as room inventory is managed with much care
and precision
▪ Upselling special packages, upgrade rooms and cross-selling different services.
▪ Liaising with the revenue management team, e-commerce team, sales team and hotel operation team for decision

The successful candidate has:

▪ Minimum 3 years’ experience as Reservations Manager /Assistant Reservations Manager in Maldives resorts.
▪ Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
▪ Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships.
▪ Strong understanding of yield and revenue principles and diary management.
▪ Analytical approach to work.
▪ In depth knowledge of Property Management System (PMS)
