(vi) That the examiner will not preserve rough or fair copy or any other material relevant
to the question paper set by him.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER SETTER

1. Please write Question Paper Neatly and in Clear Hand Writing.
2. Paper should be written in your own hand writing and in English/Hindi medium where ever
required.
3. Please read syllabus thoroughly before setting the questions paper and no question or part of a
question should be set on any topic which is not included in the prescribed syllabus.
4. Whole syllabus should be covered in the question paper, large number of questions should not be
from a portion of the syllabus, questions in the paper should cover each unit of the syllabus and
each question must carry the necessary data required to solve it.
5. Please strictly follow the pattern / blue print of Question Paper.
6. Please fill all the entries on the first page of the blank paper provided for Question Paper setting,
specially mention paper code, maximum marks & minimum marks.
7. Provide the solution of question paper in brief i.e. an outline only indicating model answers and
also provide the answers for objective question paper.
8. Please specify the marks distribution against each question.
9. Question paper (Main) and its solution (where applicable) should be kept in the same envelop only.
10. Declaration form, Remuneration Bill, Question Paper Envelop should be kept in the outer cover
envelope.
11. Question Paper envelopes must be properly sealed with transparent tape only,
12. Both the Inner & Outer envelopes must be signed and fix the transparent tap on the all joints of
envelopes.
13. Question Paper envelopes which are not properly sealed will be cancelled for which no
remuneration will be paid.
