Pre placement talks :

 Through out the course duration company representative can visit the campus and interact
with the students by providing a brief about the company and why they should join the
company.Games and quiz related to their respective specializations are usually conducted to
capture the student minds
 A guest lecturer can promote the company during his lecture sessions

Placement procedures in Christ university and jain university Bangalore,India

Step1: Company HR interact with Placement cell for the selection. HR comes with the recruitment
plan and discuss with the placement cell.

Step2: Company HR sends mail to university placement department about the company, job profile,
Roles& Responsibilities, Salary package, Eligibility criteria, Registration link Etc.

Step3: The placement cell will inform the students via mail the company details.

Step4: Interested candidates apply for the company placement selection.

Step5: company HR will send the Interview Procedure and rounds ,venue and date of the interview
to the university placement team

Step 6: Placement cell will inform the eligible candidates and provide instructions

Step7: Interview will be conducted on the given date and after the final interview those who are
selected will get the offer letter by the company or any procedure which will be followed by the
candidates for the offer letter.

Step 8: In this step company give the offer letter to the students with working hours,salary and
joining date will be mentioned

Step 9: After the signing of the offer letter finally the candidate will get the job.

letter to the selected students with the
joining date,salary etc

Step 9: After the signing of the offer letter


finally the candidate will get the job.
