Nurse : what is your complain?

Patient : i felt fever for 4 days, nousea, vommiting, no appetite, and my body feels weak

Nurse : when you are sick, have you taken medicine?

Patient : yes, i taking medicine

Nurse : what medicine you are taking ?

Patient : i am taking paracetamol

Nurse : have you ever been hospitalized before with the same complain?

Patient : no...

Nurse : ok . now i will measeure blood pleasure, body temperature, respiration and pulse, excuse
me (............................................................done) thank you.

Narrator : after nurse has check vital sign, a few minutes later doctor will check condition
patient

Doctor : good morning mrs veren, i am a doctor, my name is dr. Daud, now i am going to check
you condition. Excuse me, i will check your eyes, please open your eyes..

Patient : ok doctor

Doctor : you look so pale and weak, and your lips are dry and craked, are you drink less water?

Patient : yes doctor, i just drink a little water because if i drink alot, i will feel nouseous and
vomiting.

Narrator: after doctor check condotion patient, doctor says that patient must check rumpelid
and take a blood sample for make sure to find out the diagnose.

Nurse : excuse me mrs, doctor said that you must check rumpelid.

Patient : ok nurse, but i’m afraid..

Nurse : don’t worry mrs veren, it is just a test, the purpose of the rumpelit test is to ensure a rash
on your skin.
Patient : ok nurse...

- 10 menutes later –

Nurse : mrs, there shoud be an increase in spots on the heel of you hand, and nest i would like to
take a blood sample to confirm the diagnose.

Patient : yes nurse..

Nurse : excuse me mrs veren, give your right hand please? I going to roll this tourniquet round
your upper arm.

Parient : ok nurse

Nurse : i going to stab, it will just a little bit pain, but i’ll do it as soon as possible. It won’t take
long. Excuse me mrs veren............................................ oke well done.

Patient : oke thank you nurse.

Narrator : after a hour waiting for the laboratory results test, the laboratory results also stated
the patient was positive for DHF (Dengue Hemmoragic Fever). And the doctor recommended
for patient to be hospitalized.

After treatment for 3 days in the hospital the patient’s condition began to improve and the
doctor said the patient was allowed to go home.

 Discharge (doctor and nurse are visite)

Doctor : good morning mrs veren, the result of the laboratoty test begun to increase, and today
you alrady go home.

Patient : thank you doctor.

Nurse : mrs veren, doctor said that you alrady go home today, but before you go home, i will
give you some insruction, that you must do in your home.

Patient : ok nurse.
Nurse: you need to :

 You must not carry out strenuous activity.

 You had batter to drinking alot of water.
 You must eat the vegetable and the fruits

If your condition are worsens, you should to go to the emergancy department.
