1. What are the general costumers likes and dislikes in a restaurant?

Likes

 the restaurant good decorated, the dish, its aroma, the lighting and music and even the

colors.

 the variety in gastronomy.

 that the restaurant is clean

 Very pleasant restaurant, good food, good wine and an excellent service.

 that has an excellent quality and a good price

 Cleanliness of their place

Dislikes

 Lack of customer service

 to serve cold food

 bad customer service

 that the staff does not know how to recommend dishes and wines

2.What are the main points to success with the marketing of a restaurant?

 Quality of their food

3.Why do some restaurants get out of business quickly?

because in many cases restaurant owners are unaware of the costs of their business, Raw Material and

Staff and do not provide adequate training to their employees so that they can offer good customer service,

the quality of the food is bad, they do not Make strategies for customers to prefer them if they not only

care about attracting customers and not to maintain fidelity

important for the success of the business.

 Training your staff: It is important to train or train staff to know all the steps they must have to

offer a good opportunity in which the customers will be surprised with the good service and

5. If you would have a restaurant: what kind of food would you like to offer?
What kind of services and location would it have?
I would like to offer Argentine food with a variety of meats, including desserts, wines and imported

liqueurs.

What kind of services and location would it have? The location would be in Bogota in the t zone and

offered parking facilities, bar, grill, entertainment as typical dances of Argentina, live music with
national artists, smoking area and a variety of cokteles and as a main drink we would have Fernet or

Mate.

6. Additionally to this, talking about your favorite restaurants and food: what kind of
restaurant you would like to have?

I like the restaurant Club Colombia because the service is very good, and the atmosphere is nice

since you can talk and there is a lot of variety of food and one of its main dishes is the delicious

salmon.

Another is the Pasion Peruana Restaurant because the Peruvian food they prepare is delicious and it

is a very calm atmosphere. One of the main dishes is the sea food, in drinks, the chicha morada and

if you want some Pisco liquor.

I love going to La Churrasqueria Restaurant because I love Argentine food, the place takes us to

Argentine streets and its specialty is Argentino chorizo, accompanied by an Argentine wine.
