DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Review of the project scope of work, material specifications, and drawings for any conflict with the
requirement of the Quality standards.
 Review QAP, WPS & Inspection & Test Plans.
 Preparation & Carry out of welding procedure qualification, welder performance qualification.
 Supervision & inspection Welding, preheat & Post Weld Heat Treatment of weld.
 Dealing with Client and TPI for Stage wise inspection.
 Welding inspection of piping, pressure vessels and structures.
 Conduct welder qualification test for various clients.
 Prepare and maintain corporate project specific documentation.
 Monitor calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
 Perform all other duties as may be assigned.
 Supervise and Coordinate the Quality Control & Assurance activities.
