Q.1) How would u rate yourself as a candidate on a scale of 1-10?

Ans : I'm still learning every day. Though it has been 21 years of my life , I am not still
satisfied with myself because there's always something new out there. I still cannot give
myself a 10 out of 10. “so I will rate myself 8/10 because nobody is perfect.
Q.2) Tell us about u r strengths?
Ans: I am ambitious and driven

Ambition and drive are two qualities that are essential to success and growth in many jobs.
When an employer hires an ambitious candidate, they can rest assured this new hire will
consistently seek ways to improve themselves and keep their eyes firmly set on their next
goal.

Example: “I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for
myself, so I have something to strive toward. I’m not comfortable with settling, and I’m
always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. In my previous role, I
was promoted three times in less than two year

I am highly organized.

An organized candidate is a detail-oriented candidate and someone an employer can trust to

meet deadlines. This quality is especially important in administrative positions, project
management and other roles that require adherence to process and quality.

Example: “I am highly organized. I always take notes, and I use a series of tools to help
myself stay on top of deadlines. I like to keep a clean workspace and create a logical filing
method so I’m always able to find what I need. I find this increases efficiency and helps the
rest of the team stay on track, too. In my last role, I created a new filing process that
increased departmental efficiency 25%.”

Related: Interview Question: “How Do You Handle Stress?”

I’m a people-person.

Some people are naturally outgoing, conversational and quickly find ways to feel at home in
groups of complete strangers. This attribute is especially helpful for professionals in customer
service and sales positions.

Example: “I’m a people-person. I love meeting new people and learning about their lives
and their backgrounds. I can almost always find common ground with strangers, and I like
making people feel comfortable in my presence. I find this skill is especially helpful when
kicking off projects with new clients. In my previous job, my clients’ customer satisfaction
scores were 15% over the company average.”

I am results-oriented.
A results-oriented candidate is someone who keeps the end goal in mind and knows which
resources it will take to get there. Employers know when they hire someone who is results-
oriented, they will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Example: “I am results-oriented, constantly checking in with the goal to determine how close
or how far away we are and what it will take to make it happen. I find this pressure inspiring
and a great motivator for the rest of the team. In fact, over the past year, I was able to help my
team shorten our average product time to market by two weeks.”

 Analytical
 Calculated
 Committed

Q.3) Are u comfortable in working in team? What makes u think so?

 Working in teams is both beneficial and challenging. It can help you help develop
communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills while enabling you to share
ideas. It can also be more enjoyable since we all like to belong. However, it's also a
challenge in that it exposes you to new and perhaps unfamiliar ways of working along
with new ideas that you might not be comfortable with.

 Teamwork gives me a greater sense of responsibility in creating unity among the team
members and thus helps to further my professional development. I think it's also a
fruitful process in that team members with certain strengths balance out people with
certain weaknesses and we can all learn from each other.
 I think teamwork leads to increased productivity and performance: groups that have a
good synergy can achieve more than employees working on their own. Teamwork
brings together people with a broad range of skills and allows me to deepen my
understanding of a particular challenge.

 Teamwork helps me sharpen my interpersonal skills -- speaking confidently and

assertively while also actively listening to others. It's a great scenario in which to
develop leadership skills.

Q.4) What are your hobbies?

Ans: ‘What are your hobbies’ has always been a very scary question. I was asked the
same question on my first day of college by my seniors and had a tough time
answering them! During my school days, I was over involved in academics and hardly
ever focused on developing any hobby. I fumbled for an answer and was so
embarrassed on that day! It was then that I decided to explore different hobbies and
find one for myself! In this quest, I even tried to pick up some string instruments like
the violin and the guitar, but didn’t really enjoy them. I can surely tell you that my
roommates were the happiest when I put these instruments down! But eventually I
realised that I enjoyed travelling the most. Yes, I am a wandering soul. Visiting new
places, traveling new roads, trying new cuisines and learning about new cultures
excites me! My dream is to cover all the countries, both small and big, before I turn
50!
Q.5) What might make you leave this job?

Ans: As for as satisfation from current is concerned, I am quite happy. The reason to leave the
current job is that I am looking for some more challenging type of work. I want to shoulder
more responsibilities where I can show my ability to perform my best.

I know that I do my best work when I have a healthy balance between work and life. The
commitments I make to my managers and colleagues mean a lot to me, and I plan my days
around following through on those commitments efficiently. It’s important to me to work for
a company that values my ownership of my schedule and allows for flexibility when
appropriate.”

While I’ve gained important skills in my experience with this role, like communication and
time management, I want to focus more on honing my leadership and writing skills. I’m
excited that this role provides more opportunities to grow those skills.”

Ans 1–3 years experience

1. Work (Good projects giving opportunity to develop skills) - I need to grow my

skills
2. Money (Average salary) - Money should last for 30 days of month
3. Job location (Location doesn't matter - work matters) - I will work anywhere in
any part of world

Q.7) Are you willing to sign a service bond with your company?

Ans ; I may be willing to consider signing a bond but I have a couple of questions like
intention for creation such policy for hiring, details on bond and legal implications. I would
also like to know the kind of technologies I would work on, in this period and more about the
role. This would help me take a better decision considering my long term aspitations.

Q.8) How long do you think you can work for your company?

Ans: "I'm really excited about the research and innovations your company has delivered in
the past few years. I've been looking for a position with a dynamic company engaged in the
community, and your organization certainly fits that description. I think this role is a great
match for my skills and experience and offers me a chance to grow professionally. I expect to
be here for as long as I have the opportunity to make contributions."

Sir, I think your company will provide me with ample growth opportunities in future. So, as
long as the company is satisfied with my work. And as long as I am satisfied with my career
growth. I would continue working here.
Q.9) Is there any particular kind of person you cannot work with?

Ans: "No, I am good at keeping up with all kinds of people at work until they know their
work well and are ready to cooperate in order to get the work done. At the end of the day
their work is all that would matter."

Q.10) Do you think your marks in academics truly reflect your potential?

 Yes, I feel my grades are a very accurate indication of my success in college and
graduate school. I took my academics very seriously and worked very hard for the
grades I received. I am proud of the achievements I have made. But, I'd also like to
emphasize my extracurricular activities where I've demonstrated leadership and
interpersonal skills in addition to academic success."
 "Yes, I am a hard worker who takes my grades very seriously. My success didn't
necessarily come easily to me. I spent a lot of time studying, while also balancing an
internship and extracurriculars where I obtained real-life work skills. It wasn't an easy
feat, but I managed to succeed in all three areas, and I think this is a good indication
of my diligence and dedication to my responsibilities."

Q.11) What is your idea of an ideal company?

Ans: “My ideal company would present exciting challenges that allow me to use my interest
in and experience with growing sustainability efforts, and I see how my experience
developing metrics could be useful here to propel the business forward”

My ideal company is one that offers creative solutions to important problems. I would like to
work for a company whose mission to provide reliable, high-quality products aligns with my
commitment to customer service. I prefer to work in an environment with a strong emphasis
on teamwork, with supervisors and colleagues who value individuals’ unique strengths and
know how to work together to utilize everyone’s talents to produce the best outcomes.
