HISTORY

T he company Galeb Signalizacija program is based on production, de-


sign and development of signalling and safety, telecommunication,
cable devices and railroad installations. This program originated from
the company “Elektronska industrija Niš”, more than 40 years ago, fol-
lowing the reconstruction and modernization of the first railway sta-
tions on domestic railways.

Thanks to its own production of devices and components, as well


as business and technical cooperation with well-known domestic and
foreign manufacturers of complementary devices and components,
Galeb Signalizacija is able to offer, install and launch modern technical
solutions for most complex systems and devices for railway signaliza-
tion. Galeb Signalizacija operates in the field of engineering by applying
turnkey projects.

SUPPORTING (“DOUBLE”) RELAY FSU K 50


Supporting relay is used in relay

Lamps (with bulbs 30 V, 15/15
W) have lens hood and diameter
of Ø70. Signal box enables regula-
tion and optimum signal routing.

SIGNAL 78
Signal 78 is used to give signal
for train departure. This signal is
the circuit made of green signal li-
ghts. In the circle there are 12 bu-
lbs connected to two separate cir-
cuits. One current circuit made of
6 bulbs makes hatched circuit, and
the other current circuit of 6 bul-
bs makes unhatched circuit. This
signal is placed on the pole of the
exit signal, under signal plate or on
a separate pole.

for immediate powering of isolated sections
from one end, and for returning the power
from the other end of track circuit into the

10kHz CIRCUIT
The 10 kHz circuit belongs to
a group of tone rail circuits, whi-
ch do not require isolated secti-
ons and expensive equipment to
follow them. It is used for control
of short sections at the level cro-
ssing (it detects the presence of a
train in narrow zone of LC, at 15 m
average).
It operates based on the prin-
ciple of transmitting a high
frequency current of 10 kHz by the
transmitter, passing the current
through the rails and receiving it
on the receiving side. The receiver
receives the current and sends it
back to the LC housing on the track
relay DrL after the voltage corre-
ction. When there is no train on
the LC, the voltage is 10 VDC and
energizes the relay coil.
When the train is in the LC zone
its shafts shortly connect two rails,
causing a voltage drop in the rece-
iving part of the 10 kHz circuit and
