Are You Being Held Back? Qigong, Newton's Laws and Getting Rid of Procrastination

Do you ever say to yourself, “I just don't want to!,” “I'm just too tired!,” or “I can do that
tomorrow!.” Does PROCRASTINATION creep into your life and you just don't seem to get
things accomplished?

There was a German philosopher, Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe, that said “Seize this very
minute what you can do or dream you can do, and begin it. Boldness has genius,
magic and power in it. Only engage, and the mind will grow heated. Begin, and the
work will be completed.”

First you need to understand what procrastination is and how it operates from the perspective
of your mind. Procrastination in you is the inability to get things or keep things goings and it is
this that is preventing you from living your dreams! You procrastinate because you are
stopped by the paradigms that exist in your subconscious mind. You may not even really be
aware of them.

Paradigms are habits. Your paradigm is the multitude of habits that have been ingrained in
your mind since you were born. It really even goes back further than that since you also have
paradigms that have been genetically programmed throughout your families evolutionary
lineage.

YOU ARE STUCK IN A BOX, a box created by your paradigms and that box keeps sucking
you back into your established multitude of habits each and every time you try to get out of
the box. Paradigms shape your logic, control your perception, control how you see the world
around you, control your effectiveness and virtually every aspect of your life.

Most people think that procrastination is a mismanagement of time. But, YOU CAN NOT
CONTROL OR MANAGE TIME. You need to remember that TIME IS NOT REAL. Time is an
arbitrary scale based on our perceptions of the universe and its workings. TIME MEASURES
CHANGE! Change is the only real consideration that we have in this physical reality.

If things did not change there would be no movement only absolute stillness. Zero kinetic
energy and Absolute potential energy. WOW, kind of sounds like the state of being before our
universe came into existence, but that's a whole other discussion. Everyone in this reality is
given the same amount of time. The key is to accomplish as many tasks that move you
positively towards your dreams every day.

Back to the topic of procrastination, you need tools, you need mind power qigong, to create
and maintain change. If you can learn to manage change then you can accomplish anything.
To move requires change and change only has two attributes that you need to manage and
they are getting going and keeping going.

To get going and keep going there are three concepts that paradigms control which you must
overcome if you want to rid yourself of procrastination and accomplish your dreams. And
surprisingly enough these were described by Sir Isaac Newton and his three laws of motion.
NEWTON'S FIRST LAW states that an object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a
straight line unless acted upon by an external force.

So this is YOU! You are at rest or moving along the same path of your life day in and day out,
“procrastinating,” not wanting to go in a new direction or change your state of being! Your
paradigms are happy and do not want to change, your paradigms resist your want to change,
your paradigms are your inertia. You can not stop procrastinating unless there is what Newton
called an “external force” applied.” And what you need to realize is that force WILL NOT
COME FROM OUTSIDE OF YOU! You must “change your mind” if you want to change your
state of being. Your mind is the force of change.

NEWTON'S SECOND LAW: The relationship between an object's mass m, its acceleration a,
and the applied force F is F = ma. Acceleration equates to CHANGE which equals ZERO.
Thus with zero acceleration there is no force. Without the force to affect a change to occur in
your state of being there is no change in the current path hence procrastination. Your
INERTIA is your PARADIGM. It is the current set of habits that keep you perceiving yourself
and the world in the SAME OLD WAY resulting in zero acceleration, the SAME OLD THINGS.

You need to accelerate and overcome your current inertia thus creating a new path, a new
direction, a resulting inertia that is traveling on a different path of life in a higher vibrational
state of being.

NEWTON'S THIRD LAW: For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. OK, so
this is like stepping out of a boat onto a dock. You step forward with your front foot onto the
dock because your back foot is pushing against the boat and if you are not careful the boat
moves backward away from the dock and you tumble head first into the water. NOW, this is
where you can use this law of EQUAL BUT OPPOSITE REACTIONS to your benefit.

You need to create an action, a change in your state of mind (internal acceleration, internal
force) that will result in an equal but opposite action, a change in your physical reality
(external acceleration, external force) that results in a new path of life, one where you
accomplish the tasks need to take you towards your dreams and desires, to a higher state of
vibration.

YOUR INTERNAL DREAM BECOMES YOUR EXTERNAL REALITY. Since they are equal yet
opposite (internal versus external) the stronger the internal manifestation, the stronger the
external manifestation will be. The WAY to change your inertia is to change your paradigm
using MIND POWER and QIGONG. Since your paradigms are deeply rooted in your
subconscious mind you will need to impress your desires and your desire to change onto your
subconscious mind.

CHANGING YOUR PROCRASTINATION PARADIGM

Impressing a new habit, a new paradigm, requires constant and consistent repetition of
thought. One mind power tool is that of AFFIRMATION. Here is a short example of mind
power qigong breathing and affirmation.
INHALE and say with your internal voice, “I am so happy and grateful...”
EXHALE and say “...now that I accomplish all that I can every day.”
INHALE and say with your internal voice, “I do this by choosing to make decisions,...”
EXHALE and say “...believe in what I am doing and take action towards my goals.”

Repeat this twenty times in the morning, twenty times in the afternoon, and twenty
times in the evening EVERY DAY FOR THIRTY DAYS AND WATCH YOUR
PROCRASTINATION MELT AWAY!

You can use the following template to create Mind Power Qigong Affirmations specific to your
wants and dreams, “I am so happy and grateful now that I {insert your desire here}. I do this
by {insert how you are going to accomplish your desire}.”

REMEMBER your VISION followed by your DECISION results in your POSITIVE


ACTION.

Using “Mind Power” and “Qigong” you can easily begin to learn to create your AWESOME
reality. It is possible simply by your choice to create an awesome day, create your awesome
health and create your awesome world. Please share this with all your friends and families
