OLIVE EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated in the year 1994 and ISO 9001:2008 Certified organization is
a pioneer in the field of LED based Lighting Systems and has been engaged in manufacturing and exporting
of LED based Lighting Systems, Consumer goods and other Industrial Products. The company is managed by
the team of professionals from Electronics and Lighting Industry whose only goal is to design and manufacture
world-class LED Lighting products. We have been credited with several patents pertaining to LED lighting
systems that have been designed to save the power up to 98% for any specific use and the same are being
manufactured by us.
Our products are manufactured according to highest electrical specifications to deliver the optimum
performance and are also designed keeping in mind the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality. It is
for this reason that in a short period of time we have been able to provide our services even to some of the
most fastidious and discerning customers in India and have developed a strong reference list of customers and
projects.
We are one of the largest manufacturers of LED Lighting products in India. We have manufacturing facilities in
Gurgaon in HARYANA & DELHI with complete infrastructure for R&D, Manufacturing and Testing.
We would like to draw your kind attention to the main features of our LED based indoor and outdoor lights.
Some of them are as follows:
 We are using LEDs of top international brands of High Power (1watt and more) keeping in mind
that the lumen output should be maximized per watt of power consumption. We always design
the product to optimize the light output.

 We select the LEDs according to the BIN required by the client and there are many constraints which
are very important to be considered while designing a right product according to customer requirements.
We have a sufficient infrastructure to ensure selection of right product.
 We use extra optics to optimize the light output, using good quality lens offering minimum light
depreciation/loss.
 Heat sink, casing / enclosure/ housing for Luminaries are based on indigenous designs and many of these
are patented by GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. Utmost care is taken regarding the quality/purity of aluminum used in
the manufacture of Heat Sink. We use only LM-06 GRADE aluminum in our products.
 We have a wide range of MCPCBs and the quality is always our top priority. We have a wide range of LEDs
in our basket and designing is always done according to the requirement.
 OLIVE LED is manufacturing all types of indoor and outdoor LED LIGHTING PRODUCTS; for both AC and DC
input power supply. We are also manufacturing the product for SOLAR APPLICATION, mainly designed for 12V DC
input. We manufacture the products with all range of DC input like 12V, 24V, 48V or any other specific input power
required by the customer.
 We design the product to work on 90V TO 290V AC input. We always take care of all adverse conditions like
surge, spike and VOLTAGE fluctuations. These factors are always kept in mind and we advise some extra
protections as well; in case of specific adverse conditions on specific installation sites. We recommend HVP, SPD &
lightening protections as and when required.
 We are using complete heat sink housing for fixing the LEDs and the life of our housing will support the
expected life of LEDs i.e. approx. 50000 hrs. Ingress protection is provided according to customer requirements.
However, all outdoor products are rated at IP-65 minimum.
 We are soldering the LEDs o n M CP CB according to international standards adhering to complete

curing process of the LEDs to protect them from moisture / humidity

 We are designing the drivers with possible protections of VOLTAGE AND 4KV SURGE. We test the
products and the LED drivers in our factory as per requirement of lighting products and these are suitable for
universal input.
