At the end of 60 minutes discussion of the students should be able to:

2. Describe the function of Ingredients in making Cornstarch Cookies

C. Materials: laptop, projector, Chalk , Visual Aids ,Projector

Tools: mixing bowl, utility tray, baking sheets, wooden spoon, spatula,
rubber scraper, measuring spoon, measuring cup for dry ingredients.

Ingredients: cornstarch, butter, egg, sugar,vanilla,Sugar

product. It also creates tenderness and
fineness of texture, partly weakening
the gluten structure.
