1) Introduce yourself.
You may want to include your personal circumstances, details of your family and what they
do. If you are married, please provide details of your spouse as well. If you have any children,
please provide their details and advise whether your spouse and / or child / children will be
accompanying you to Australia.

My Name is Sitara Amjad and I completed my Matriculation in 2012, HSSC in 2014 and
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2018. I live in Pakistan with my family. My
Brother is a landlord and he is sponsoring my studies. My father is a business man running his
business in Itly and my mother is a teacher in Pakistan.

2) Provide information about your previous study.

You may wish to demonstrate how the course you intend to pursue in Australia is related to
your previous qualification / work experience.
I have selected Charles Sturt University of Australia for MBA. I Have done BBA in Pakistan with
subjects who reflect my preferences and interests such as marketing, management, finance,
the English language, and subjects in the business field. I had also worked on various projects
like Standard Chartered Recruitment Process and Supply Chain Logistics – DHL Drone Delivery.
I also worked for 6 months in Telenor franchise.

3) If applicable, provide details of your current / previous employment including the length
of employment and the main duties and tasks performed by you.

I worked as CRO (customer relation officer) at Telenor franchise (telecommunication company

).My duties were to improve the overall customer relationship, to deliver reliable
administrative support and customer service, to find out what information, products or
services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, and to assist in the analysis of
customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements.

4) If there are any gaps in your study / employment, you must provide a reasons. For
example, what were you doing during that period?

 There were no significant gaps in my study. After completion of my BBA in September 2019. I
started working in Telenor and then I left that job for preparation of ILETs and foreign study.

5) Why have you decided to pursue further study in Australia? What other international
destinations did you consider before choosing Australia?

I have selected Charles Sturt University of Australia to undertake my studies. The facilities for
my course in this university are excellent and also suit my needs. Australian qualifications are
recognized by employers in many countries around the world. And Australia is a safe,
multicultural, friendly and harmonious society.

Before Australia I considered Italy for my studies as my father was already there. But we spoke
only Urdu our national language and English here and Italian was a totally different language.
And the deadline to apply there was also passed.

6) Is there any particular reason for not pursuing further education in your home country?

There are universities in Pakistan which offers MBA but I decided to study from Australia
because of the high quality of education in Australian universities. Australia also has a
reputation for adopting new technologies at a faster rate than in most other countries.

7) What research have you done about other universities in Australia and why did you
choose CSU?

I have selected Charles Sturt university to undertake my further studies. The university is one
of the highly reputed universities in Australia and also in the world. CSU is also quite good into
research and innovation with comfortable Environment.

8) Provide details about the course that you are going to study at CSU. Why have you chosen
this course and what learning outcomes will you get from the course?
Do not list course subjects from the university website.

I want to do MBA from CSU as my goal is to start and develop my own business projects after
gaining suitable qualification and experience. The level of specialization in CSU is in
accordance with international standards and teaching methods are oriented on theoretical
and practical knowledge which I believe is useless in real-life work.

9) If the course you intend to pursue is not related to your previous study / employment,
please provide reasons for changing your field of study / work. If you are coming to pursue
a similar level course (eg. Masters to Masters), please provide your reasons.
MBA is totally related to my previous study BBA.

 10) Provide details (including costs) of your proposed living arrangements in Australia.

My estimated living cost in Australia is 3000 Australian dollars and my brother can easily
manage it.

11) Provide details of how you will be funding your expenses (including course, fee, travel and
accommodation). Who will be providing these funds and what is their relationship with
you?

My brother is sponsoring me to bear all the expense in Australia. He is a landlord. My brother

income is 50 lacks. He has been working for last 15 years and has been saving for my
education. So he already has funds saved to support my education. Therefore, my brother,
who is sponsoring me, has sufficient funds to support me for this course.

12) What are your future plans and how will the course help you in future employment
prospects in your home country?
In your response, you may want to include:
 What competitive edge in term employability will you have in your home country
with the International CSU qualification and work experience gained in Australia.
 The research undertaken by you relating to your future employment prospects –
Potential employers and positions you would apply for and demonstrate how the
CSU qualification will assist you in your future aspirations.

I will have number of opportunities here in Pakistan and abroad e.g. Dubai, Germany. MBA
from Australia can easily get starting salary of PKR:70000/- per months here in Pakistan and
after some experience I can start my own business.

13) Address any immigration history you (or any accompanying members of your family) have.
Provide details of any previous visas (Australia or any other country) that have been refused
including the reasons for refusal.
Note: You must include details of any visas that have been granted previously as well.

I have applied for the Visa of Italy as my father was there but they refused because my age was
above 18 years at that time.
