PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Host Community Agreement with High Hawk Farm, LLC

TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing on
Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.​ in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Henry
Woods Building, 40 West Street, Barre, MA for the purpose of reviewing the Host
Community Agreement proposal for Outdoor Marijuana Cultivation at 101 Daunt Road
by High Hawk Farm, LLC. A full copy of the Host Community Agreement may be
found at ​www.townofbarre.com​. Persons wishing to comment may do so at that time.
The Board will also consider written comments received prior to the hearing. The
meeting room is handicapped accessible; persons requiring reasonable accommodations
should contact the Town Administrator’s office in advance.
