A LETTER TO UNITED STATES SENATOR ELIZABETH WARREN (D-MA)

RE: DEMAND FOR CONGRESSIONAL INTERVENTION – JUDICIAL ABUSES INCL. TREASON

Dear Senator Warren:

It gives me no pleasure in bringing to your attention the following update. As you know, I have
updated you personally since you took office (both by email and social media) on the government
failures associated with the $42B Federal lawsuit – HARIHAR v US BANK, et al, Docket No. 15-
cv-11880. You are aware that I am the Plaintiff associated with this lawsuit. You are also aware that
I have evidenced – in FULL PUBLIC VIEW, what is being recognized Nationwide as the greatest
abuse of judicial power in US history. HARIHAR v US BANK (and the related civil complaint against
The United States[1]) has now resulted in an UNPRECEDENTED NINE (9) Federal RECUSALS,
 the first of which was US District Court Judge – Hon. Allison Dale Burroughs, who recused
herself sua sponte on June 19, 2017.

Respectfully, keep in mind that Judge Burroughs’ recusal came only AFTER I formally reported
judicial misconduct including (but not limited to) SIX (6) evidenced violations to ARTICLE III and 18
U.S. CODE § 2381 – JUDICIAL TREASON for continuing to rule after jurisdiction had been LOST.
You are aware that I have since evidenced a broken process for addressing judicial misconduct in
the First Circuit, including evidenced failures by the First Circuit Executive – making it necessary to
regularly update the Administrative Office of US Courts, the DOJ and The White House.

Senator Warren – Judge Allison Dale Burroughs’ appointment to the Federal bench came at
YOUR recommendation. As a Congressional leader in this Commonwealth, I have reported to you
– as REQUIRED by federal law, these egregious judicial failures that (at minimum) warrant
impeachment and removal from the bench under ARTICLES II and III. As a matter of record, I
have brought these evidenced crimes to your attention to inform Congress, specifically – the
House/Senate Judiciary Committees. It appears that you are STILL refusing to do so.

Please be advised – today, October 22, 2019, US District Court Judge Allison Dale Burroughs
issued a NINETH (9th) order WITHOUT JURISDICTION [ECF No. 163, Attached Below].

As a matter of record, Judge Burroughs has also threatened to bring sanctions against me if I continue
to report these evidenced crimes [Ref. ECF 160] These egregious abuses of judicial power and acts of
Treason MUST be stopped. I again respectfully request that you bring this matter to the immediate
attention of Congress so that it can be legally addressed. To be clear, in NO WAY am I asking you to
interfere with any ongoing litigation. I am however, reporting to you – as my Congressional leader in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, these evidenced judicial crimes of record.
 Finally, as a US Senator and 2020 Presidential Candidate, I’m sure that you find these evidenced
judicial crimes very troubling - as I do. If left uncorrected, a broken judicial branch of government
poses a threat to ALL Americans. Additionally, please be advised, based on my interpretation of the
law, any failure to bring these evidenced violations to the attention of Congress, will: (1) show cause to
amend my original complaint(s) against the Commonwealth (and separately against The United States);
(2) impact a new complaint now being prepared for filing in the US Court of Federal Claims; and (3)
question the intentions of a sitting US Senator -who is also currently considered the Democratic front-
runner in the 2020 Presidential Race.

Please be advised, the referenced litigation is believed to include matters perceived to impact
National Security. Therefore, the following government offices/agencies/committees will necessarily
receive copies of this formal letter (via email, US Mail and/or social media):

1. President Donald J. Trump (via www.whitehouse.gov);

2. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC);
3. Office of the US Inspector General (OIG) - specifically, IG Michael Horowitz;
4. Department of Justice (DOJ) - specifically, US Attorney General, William Barr;
5. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI);
6. Administrative Office of US Courts - specifically, Director James C. Duff;
7. House/Senate Judiciary Committees;
8. Governor Charlie Baker (R-MA);
9. US Senator Ed Markey (D-MA);
10. US Congresswoman Lori Trahan (D-MA);
11. US Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley (D-MA);

Copies of this Letter will also be made available to the Public and to media outlets nationwide for
documentation purposes and out of continued concerns for the Plaintiff’s personal safety and
security. If you have ANY questions regarding any portion of this letter, please advise.

Senator Warren, I wish to thank you for your attention to this serious and very sensitive legal matter.
