Privacy Statement
1. Overview
At Aon Assessment GmbH (“Aon Assessment GmbH,” or “we,” “our”, or “us”), we are committed to protecting the confidentiality,
integrity and accuracy of any personal information you provide to us. We always strive to safeguard such information from loss,
misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and/or alteration. We only collect personal information that is relevant for our described
purpose. The aim of this Data Privacy Notice is to inform you of the nature of our processing of your personal data, and inform you of
important rights in relation to this.

2. Purpose
The purpose of our processing of your personal data is the successful delivery of our testing system, which we offer on the instruction
of our contractual partner (that being, the entity for which you complete this assessment) on the basis of our contractual agreement.

Technical provision of our service.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Not providing your personal
data will unfortunately mean that you are not able to use our service.

can be defined in the following categories:

Identification information (e.g., title, first and last name, date of birth, gender)
Technical Information (e.g., public IP address, time and date of access, browser activities, browser settings and Log-In ID
data. This is used solely for security purposes, namely authentication and input control.)
Assessment Information (e.g., your answers, test duration)

4. Storing of your Personal Data

Aon Assessment GmbH does not store your personal data for any longer than we need to for our above stated purpose. Aon

6. Automated decision making and/or Profiling

We do not employ systems based solely on automated decision making processes and/or profiling, and your personal data will be
subjected to human made decisions. However, your personal data may be used by us to facilitate us in practices involving automated
decision making and/or profiling. Aon Assessment GmbH assessment systems utilise automated decision making as a tool to
distinguish candidates, streamline our systems and optimise our services as instructed by our contractual partner. Our logic behind
performing these automated tasks is to take your assessment responses and compare these with developed research models and
industry knowledge, which we have developed through our superior statistical, scientific and psychological expertise. For example,
your input into initial tests may be calculated to decide automatically whether you are suitable to move onto further tests.

If you wish to obtain human intervention in the automated decisions and/or profiling made by Aon Assessment GmbH, you wish to
express your point of view and/or you wish to contest a decision made in this context, please contact the business entity for which you
will complete this test.
