1. TECHNICAL DATA

Supply: 10 – 30 VDC (typically 24 VDC)

Power consumption: typically 16 mA, max. 25 mA

Dimensions: Sensor part: Ø 40 x 30.5 mm, 16 x M10 assembly stud

Magnetic part: 50 x 50 x 18.5 mm

Cable: black, PVC, length: 2 m

3 lines: Red + supply input
White analogue output
Black GND
Operating temperature: -20 - +70 °C

Storage temperature: -40 - +125 °C

Output: analogue voltage 0 - 5 V, linearly proportional to the angle

Basic resolution: 12 bits, i.e. The smallest output increment is 360°/4096 = 0.09°.
The smallest output increment: 5 V/4,096 = 1.22 mV.
Remark: At 180° out of a total of 360° only a maximum of
2048 measurement increments are available.
If 180° corresponds with 2.4 m (max. door width), the small-
est measurement increment: 2400 mm / 2048 = 1.2 mm.

cated to third parties without our written agreement.
Accuracy: The accuracy depends on the following factors:
The accuracy of the sensor chip, of the internal 5 V regula-
tor, and the misalignment of the magnet.
To achieve maximum measuring accuracy, the magnet must
be fitted with a precision of within 0.25 mm maximum. The
total linearity deviation error after tolerances, temperature
and a misalignment radius of 0.25 mm have been taken into
account is defined for maximum ±1.4°

4. INSTALLATION

4.1 Mechanical

1. Keep the door closed (locked)

2. Thread the sensor cable through the crank wheel axle and pull it out of the top side of the door
drive base plate

3. Carefully rotate sensor and cable as one and secure to the crank wheel axle.

4. Fit the cap (rotary magnet) over the sensor and ensure that the two markings line up (±30°).
