4. COMMISSIONING

4.1 Mechanical check

Check when the power is switched off:
The door should be moved manually into the open and closed positions before the mains is switched on. In so
doing, checks should be carried out to establish problem-free mechanical operation of the door.

4.2 Electrical check

Caution:
Switch the service switch (JREC) to the Service position before switching on the mains.

Checks:
• Inverter: The green LED must flash
• PLC: The green LED must light up

4.3 Signal test

The procedure for the signal test is as follows:

• Check the wiring of all actuators, sensors and the motor

• Connect the keypad
• Switch on the power supply
• Check all the sensors for correct operation using the keypad

4.3.1 Digital inputs

On Screen 1: Display of software version
The software that is currently loaded is shown in this screen.

4.6.1 Malfunction
If the doors do not close properly, the closing force limiter has probably triggered.

4.6.1.1 Closing force limiter

The doors may malfunction if the sensors for the closing force limiter system are not fitted properly. To prevent
this, parameters 3180 and 3190 can be modified.

See section 4.8 Checking the closing force limiter for notes on setting the closing force limiter

4.7 Determining the closing position

4.8 Checking the closing force limiter
The software in the DO DSF 9 controller sets the limit values for the closing force limiter during the learning run.
However, there can be variations in the triggering behaviour, depending on the installation of the sensors and
the doors.

The commissioning engineer is responsible for the correct setting of the closing force limiter.

4.8.1 Procedure:
Parameters 3180 and 3190 can be used to adjust the individual closing force limiters to the desired setpoint.
The closing force limiter must be checked using a suitable measuring device – the force must not exceed
150 Newtons, in accordance with EN81/98.

Check:
The gap between the sensor values and the limit values can be checked on screens 21/22.
Opening: The values should be approximately 50..150 Newtons
Closing: The values should be approximately 30..70 Newtons
There is a risk of malfunction if the values are below 30 Newtons.

4.9 Test with lift control

Once the learning run is completed, "Local mode" must be switched off.

 Set keypad to Display mode

 Select keypad login screen
Logging off keypad (login: select remote)

3301 Control- 0 = Normal doors 0 0 1
Type 1 = Automatic weight determination
Normal mode Only 1 door weight. The weight of
the doors is determined once during the learning
run. Reasonable parameters and the minimum
closing time are calculated using this weight. The
parameters for the heavy doors have no influence.
Automatic mode As the doors are opened, the
weight of the doors is determined and the
parameters determined for the further progress of
opening and the closing process. The weight
determined is used to establish an average value
of the parameters for the normal doors and the
parameters for the heavy doors (Endung _h).
