Dear Sir,

With Reference to our telephonic conversation today about Polymer Modified
Bitumen (PMB) meeting IS 15462:2004. We hereby submit our offer for PMB
ELASTOMERIC TYPE based on styrene butadiene styrene (SBS CO POLYMER) .

Our Scope of work: Providing PMB 40, Ex our works at Kosikalan (Mathura). The rates
include cost of bitumen, additives and processing cost etc.

1) Rates: Rates are as under:

(These rates are based on current rates of bitumen from Refinery as on

16/7/2019. Any increase/decrease in the rates of bitumen by refinery shall
be to your account with its 97% implications in case of PMB and in case of
RS1 61%.)

2) Technical Support:

a. Testing of PMB 40 We shall test the product at our plant, before handing
over to the bulk tanker for penetration, softening point and Elastic
Recovery. We encourage our clients to associate one technical person to
conduct above tests along with our personnel, at our plant laboratory.
b. Pilferage We shall seal the outlets of bulk tankers before dispatch from
our plant.

3) Packing : In Bulk

4) Quantity Offered : Open

5) Weightment Charges: Weightment charges for PMB shall be borne by you.

6) Validity: Our offer is valid till 31.7.19 for purpose of placing the confirm
Order.

7) Transportation: Included.

8) Payment: 100% advance payment. RTGS Details are as follows-

9) Force Majeure : This offer is made subject to standard force majeure clause

10) No liquidated damage charges shall be acceptable by us

11) In case of our inability to produce the material due to circumstances beyond
our control, no penalties will be acceptable by us.

12) Dispatch: The delivery of PMB shall be made within 72 hours.

A- During Transit of PMB 40: Bulk carrier of PMB 40 should have functional
insulation, proper heating arrangement & adequate circulation
mechanism.

14) Schedule of Supplies We shall meet the schedule of supplies given by you in
writing. The schedule maybe amended from time to time through mail and
telephone, by giving at least 48hours’ notice. The supplies shall be made at
the address, provided by you, as per the schedule given and any changes
communicated to us by you.

15) Change in Tax and Levies The rate given at clause no.03 are subject to any
increase in statutory levies i.e. excise duty & Sales Tax.

16) Octroi & Toll Tax, if applicable, shall be extra, & will be paid directly by you.
Any other tax/levy introduced by state or Central Government will be charged
as applicable to its full implications on the final rate.

17) The quality of material shall be as per India Standards. Every vehicle will
accompany a MTC (Material Test Certificate).

18) Any extension of supply period and any increase/decrease of supply quantity
shall have the confirmation of both buyer and seller in writing

19) The terms & conditions as stipulated herein above are final and shall be
binding on both the parties

20) Jurisdiction : incase of any dispute the jurisdiction will be Gurgaon only
