Introduction:
History

Mr. Sandy Javier the owner of Andok's and now Mayor of

Javier,Leyte. Mr. Sandy's dream began more than 25 years ago when he set

up a small stall along West Avenue in Quezon City. Wanting to cash in on

Litson manok craze, he asked his mother's friend who a owned poultry store

to "outsource" 12 whole chickens which he then roasted with hopes that it will

catch on with passers by. At the end of the day he only sold two.Instead of

being discouraged, Sandy decided to innovate. He experimented with his

ingredients and cooking methods until he found what he felt was the right

formula that would capture his buyers tastes. In 1895 Sandy's efforts were

rewarded when the hungry masses began trouping to the first Andok's Litson

Manok-Liempo store at the corner of Baler Street and West Avenue Quezon

City. Andok's soon became synonymous with litson manok and its stalls were

soon became sight in Metro Manila.In 2002 Andok's branched out to the

Visayas starting with 2 stores in Cebu followed by 9 more stores in two

years.Two years later Sandy decided to put up his first dine-in store at D'Mall

Boracay. Budget conscious tourist and Locals enjoyed Andok's affordable

menu so much that 6 outlets were operating on the island in less than a year's

time. Andok's has even evoled to include selling daily necessities such as

rice, sugar, beverages and grocery products. At a seminar for business

students at the Colegio San juan De Letran,Sandy shared the lessons he

learned from running Andok's."Even if you don't have much money you can

use diliqence,common sense, and hard work as your capital",If you are

enjoying what you do,you are not working at all. You are just enjoying". He

also emphasized the Pinoy trait of being thrifty by always spending less than

what they are earning. Andok's is a perfect example of a fad turning into an

institution. From a corner stall with 12 roasted chickens, Sandy Javier now

owns 300 outlets nationwide and counting, including his outlets here in Capiz

that is located in Roxas Avenue, Roxas City and managed by Mr. Jener Delos

Reyes.Andok's is one of the affordable fast food here in Capiz.Andok's

earning the tag, "Pambansang Litson Manok".Andok's was the nickname of

the late father of Mr. Sandy Javier.They serve 24hours everyday with the

Delicious dishes and best Costumer care. The prior aim of Andoks is to

known as the best native Filipino Food Company and want to make the word

aware of the delicious Cooking style of Filipino.

Andoks Litson Corporation is a company in Philippines, with a head

office in Quezon City. The enterprise operates in the Food and Beverage

Stores industry. From the latest financial highlights, Andoks Litson

Corporation reported a net sales revenue increase of 19.46% in 2015. Its’

total assets recorded a growth of 14.08%. The net profit margin of AndokS

Litson Corporation increased by 0.03% in 2015.

C. Strategy for International Penetration (Mode of Entry)

The Andoks Franchise started out as a small outlet located in Baler Street corner

West Avenue in Quezon City in 1985. They originally started out in the business of

primarily selling “litson manok” or roasted chicken but overtime, they’ve included

additional products complimenting their now famous litson manok.

Their first store officially opened in July of 2002 in Mabolo and Mactan Cebu. In 2

years time afterwards, they’ve grown to eleven more outlets all located along major

areas in Cebu.

Soon after, Andok’s, with the successful business they’ve been experiencing,

continued to grow into several more stores. It’s first dine-in store opened in D’Mall in

Boracay, Aklan. It then grew to 5 more dine-in stores scattered all over the island of

Boracay in less than a year. More stores opened then after in nearby provinces. In

Metro Manila, the first dine-in store opened in Market Market Mall in Metro Manila.

They continued to grow into several more stores and to date, the Andoks Franchise

already has more than 60 dine-in stores nationwide.

The Andoks Store serves, in addition to its famous litson manok (roasted chicken),

several other mouth watering dishes including their dokito frito (fried chicken), litson

liempo (roasted pork belly), bangus (milk fish), pork barbecue, porkcharap (fried pork

chop), lechon kawali (deep fried pork belly), and a whole lot more.

The Andoks Franchise Package

The Andoks Franchise is offering two type of packages, the

Take-out and the Dine-in, with both offering their famous roasted chicken.The

franchise fee for the Take-out package is around P300,000, while for the Dine-in

package around P500,000. Total investment will include the franchise fee plus cost

of construction, equipment, furnishings and an initial working capital.

The take-out store space requirement is approximately 40-50 square meters, while

the dine-in store should at least be 200-250 square meters big. Ideal store

Conclusion :

Andok’s Lechon Manok is one of the longest and most popular joint poulet in

our state. This company was started by called male parent of ‘Litson

Manok.”Leonardo “Sandy”Javier jr. twenty old ages ago. He said that he

encountered legion letdowns and battles in prolonging their concern

particularly when they have a batch of rivals like baliwag but he did non give

up. He made his concern his passion and was really determined to be

successful. When he was still get downing. He did non hold the capital to get

For the consumer’s better entrée. Andok’s were strategically located into
