The wild pokemon sqawn works but they are uncatchable even with hp around 1-6 can it be
fixed or would master ball cheat will counter this

I haven’t tried this before, but I doubt combining shiny and nature cheat will work.

I keep catching the Same nature that I don’t want when trying to mix the two as well. (Shiny + nature)

 If you can’t find your desired Pokemon nature, restart your game (leaving the shiny code enabled) and
walk on wild and repeat the process. I don’t think enabling nature + shiny code will work.

Check previous answers, I already provided the solution to this kind of problem. But in your case, I
suspect that it has to do with your Rom version or your Emulator.
