THE PROCESS OF CYBERBULLYING

Cyberbullying is intimidation that occurs on digital devices such as cellphones, computers, and
tablets. Cyberbullying includes sending, posting, or sharing negative, dangerous, fake, or meaningful
content about other people. This can include sharing personal or personal information about other people
that causes shame or humiliation. Some cyberbullying across borders is illegal or criminal behavior. With
the development of technology, people can bully each other without physical contact. This will make
victims of cyberbullying so depressed, and can commit suicide. In the present, cyberbullying is more
intense and more extreme. In the text I will explain the process of cyberbullying.

To be sure, part of the reason for bullying can be so emotionally or psychologically damaging
because it is repetitive. The victim really had a relationship with the bully, even though it didn't work. For
example, targets for intimidation are often afraid to go to school because of what the bully might do on
that day. If the event occurs / occurs once, there is no such dynamic. We believe that the nature of
cyberbullying makes it very likely that recurring damage will occur. For example, imagine someone posting
an embarrassing image from someone else online in such a way that other people can see it, link it, and
even leave public comments as references. While the act of uploading an image is a one-time behavior,
other people can see it or refer to it repeatedly, resulting in repeated insults and shame to the target. One
person might see it, or millions of people might see it.

At first, a teenager who is a victim of cyber bullying will experience severe emotional and physical
disorders. Includes emotional problems, behavior, difficulty in concentrating, and difficult to get along
with peers.

In Indonesia, internet users in 2012 reached 63 million people or 24.23 percent of the country's
total population. In 2014, this number continued to grow to 107 million, and 139 million or 50 percent of
the total population in 2015. The results of Yahoo and Taylor Nelson Sofred Indonesia's research show
that, the biggest determinant of access in Indonesia is those who are teenagers, between 15-19 year with
a percentage of 64 percent of 2,000 respondents. This means, psychologically, adolescents aged 15-19
years experience a process of development.

So imagine with the data above, it can be concluded that cyberbullying is unavoidable, but we as
internet users must be smarter and self-regulated in their proper comments, because from year to year
the number of victims of cyberbullying continues to grow and is feared to damage the future teenagers
who are still unstable, no matter how small the effects of bullying, both in the real world and in
cyberspace, certainly can not be considered trivial. this condition can endanger both the victim and the
offender to lead to things that might not be expected.
