1. INTRODUCTON
The purpose of this Organization Structure is to provide an organizational overview of PT Bina Pertiwi Project Team
Organization Structure, and also to define their responsibility in order to meet the minimum acceptable level of quality in
compliance with the CONTRACT requirement.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Project Manager
The Project Manager has overall responsibility to ensure that the project are well planned, organized and executed and also
closely monitored to achieve contractual obligation and on time delivery.
Responsibilities
Review all aspect of sales proposal/ contract.
Review detail design and technical calculation of equipment and system required for project execution.
Coordinate, estimate and set up schedule to support project execution.
Monitor and control the progress of project execution, start from engineering, procurement, construction, and
documentation, until handover to customer, invoicing, and payment.
Backup support during warranty period for project component issue.
5.2 Project Controller
The Project Controller has responsibility to ensure the commercial aspects are in accordance with the requirement that have
been laid down in the contract.
Responsibilities
Review commercial aspect of sales proposal/ contract.
Asses and manage commercial risk during sales proposal/ contract proses, progress until project closing and
handover.
Manage project documentation in order to ensure the project documentation is well organized and maintained.
As key communication contact to and from the customer.
5.3 Site Manager
The Site Manager has overall responsibility to ensure that the project is implemented on site and meet technical requirement
and schedule as well.
Responsibilities
Manage and review project detail handed over from project group as the basis in setting up various aspects required
for implementing the project to meet actual site condition
Monitor and control project quality
Manage and monitor the installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning and project completion.
Manage, monitor and evaluate customer site training.
