1、Introduction

1.1 PREFACE

Thank you for the purchasing of our CAS PR-C.

This series have been designed with CAS reliability, under rigid quality control and with
outstanding performance. Your speciality departments can enjoy with these high quality
reliable CAS products.
We believe that your needs will be satisfied and you will have proper reliability in variable
weight.
This manual will help you with proper operations and care of the PR-C.
Please keep it handy for the future reference.

1.2 Precaution

 Make sure that you plug your scale into the proper power outlet.
 Place the scale on a flat and stable surface.
 Plug into a power outlet 30 minutes before operations.
 Keep the scale away from strong EMI noises may cause incorrect weight rea
dings.
 This scale must be installed in a dry and liquid free environment.
 Do not subject the scale to sudden temperature changes.
 Do not subject the platter to sudden shocks.
 If the scale is not properly level, please adjust the 4 legs at the bottom of t
he scale (turn legs clockwise or counterclockwise) so as to center the bubble
of the leveling gauge inside the indicated circle.

- Pressing and holding calibration switch press [POWER] key to go to calibration Mode

2.Calibration Mode

2.1 Caliibration Set Mode

Hold down “Calibration Switch” and “[POWER] key” to enter Calibration mode

Press the [SAMPLE] Key in the CAL Mode.

After setup is complete, press the [SAMPLE] key out.

2.2 Calibration (Liner calibration)

In CAL MODE Press [UWE]Key

0L Zero Press [SAMPLE] Key after Check weigh a range of zero point

1L On1 After Put on 1/3 of a maximum weight, Press [SAMPLE] Key

2.3 CLEAR MEMORY

After power on, When display shows 8 8 8 8 8 8 Press Cal Switch.

 All Calibration Data will be Clear
 Use before Re-Calibration Or Liner calibration
3.Fuction Mode

3.1 Calibration ( One Point Calibration)

* One Point Calibration is essental for sales..

Turn on the power while Pressing the [UWE] key

0 0 0 Press [SAMPLE] Key enter Calibration Mode

0L Zero Press [SAMPLE] Key after Check weigh a range of zero point.

Span Put on the weight. (EX) 1/3or2/3or3/3 of a maximum weight.

Span xL Is automatically calibrated to sense a weight.

CAL Ok When Calibration is complete, press [SAMPLE] key to exit.

3.2 User Set Mode

Turn on the power while Pressing the [UWE] key

3.5 Test Mode

Press [Zero]Key and Power on

4. Battery Consumption Time

Battery specifications 6V/4AH, battery charging time 16 hours, 25 hours continuous use time.
When the battery voltage drops below 5.8V, the low battery indicator lights. For the protection of
battery over discharge, when the battery voltage is lower than 5.6V, the automatic shutdown.
