Applicants for the Supreme Court Judges who are declared to have passed the selection of prospective
judges will be placed in District Courts, Religious Courts and State Administrative Courts throughout the
Republic of Indonesia.

III. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

 The Selection Process for Accepting Candidates for Indonesian Supreme Court Judges for the
2017 Budget Year is open to all Indonesian Citizens.
 Willing to follow the entire selection process.
 All stages of the selection process are free of charge.
 Willing to be placed in all regions of the Republic of Indonesia.
 If in the Candidate Candidate's education is declared not complete then the status as a civil
servant is declared void.

IV. CPNS / ASN REQUIREMENTS

1. Requirements for General Formation Applicants

 Indonesian citizens who are devoted to God Almighty, loyal, and obedient to the Pancasila, the
1945 Constitution and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
 Physically and mentally healthy.
 Good behavior and never been sentenced to prison based on a court decision that has permanent
legal force.
 Never been dismissed with respect not at his own request or not with respect as a civil servant /
member of the military / police.
 Not located as Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) or Civil Servants (PNS) / Members of the TNI
/ Polri.
 Having an educational qualification in accordance with the requirements of the position, from a
State or private university with an accredited study program of at least B / Very Good from the
National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN PT) at the time the certificate is issued,
if the accreditation is not written in the diploma, then it is proven with a statement from the
Faculty.
 The cumulative achievement index (GPA) of at least 2.75 (two point seventy-five) scale of 4.00
(four point zero), as evidenced by a photocopy of diploma and transcript, at least legalized by the
Dean or equivalent.
 Minimum age of 22 (twenty two) years and a maximum of 32 (thirty two) years as of December
1, 2017.
 2. Requirements for Applicants for the Cumlaude Formation

 Indonesian citizens who are devoted to God Almighty, loyal, and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945
Constitution and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia;
 Physically and mentally healthy;
 Be of good character and have never been sentenced to prison based on a court decision that has
permanent legal force;
 Never been dismissed with respect not at his own request or not with respect as a civil servant /
member of the TNI / POLRI;
 Not located as Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) or Civil Servants (PNS) / Members of the TNI
/ POLRI;
 Having an educational qualification in accordance with the requirements of the position, from
State or private universities that are accredited A / Excellent with study programs that are
accredited A / Excellent from the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN PT)
at the time the diploma is issued, if the accreditation is not written in the diploma , then it is
proven by a certificate from the Faculty.
 The best graduate (cumlaude / with honors) is evidenced by a photocopy of diploma and
transcript, at least legalized by the Dean or equivalent;

Minimum age of 22 (twenty two) years and a maximum of 32 (thirty two) years as of December 1, 2017.
3. Requirements for Applicants for the Special Formation of Papua and West Papua

 Indonesian citizens who are devoted to God Almighty, loyal, and obedient to the
Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
 Physically and mentally healthy.
 Good behavior and never been sentenced to prison based on a court decision that has
permanent legal force.
 Never been dismissed with respect not at his own request or not with respect as a civil
servant / member of the military / police.
 Not located as a Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) or Civil Servants (PNS) / Members
of the TNI / POLRI.
 Having an educational qualification in accordance with the requirements of the position,
from a State or private university with an accredited study program of at least B / Very
Good from the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN PT) at the time
the certificate is issued, if the accreditation is not written in the diploma, then it is proven
with a statement from the Faculty.
 Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.75 (two point seventy five) a scale of 4.00 (four
point zero), as evidenced by a photocopy of diploma and transcript, legalized at least by
the Dean or equivalent.
 Requirements for applicants for special formations in Papua and West Papua (in
accordance with Permenpan Number 20 Year 2017 letter C number 3.b): 1) Completing
elementary school education or equivalent, junior high school or equivalent and senior
high school or equivalent in Papua and West Papua, evidenced by a legalized copy of the
diploma; or 2) Parent lineage (father) native to Papua and West Papua, evidenced by the
applicant's birth certificate, photocopy of the father's ID card (biological father) and
family relationship certificate from the village / village (form attached).
 Minimum age of 22 (twenty two) years and a maximum of 32 (thirty two) years as of
December 1, 2017.
4. Special Requirements for Applicants for Formation of Prospective Judges in the
Religious Courts

 Must be able to read and understand the yellow book;

V. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

 Register online through the site https://sscn.bkn.go.id starting Tuesday, August 1, 2017
and closing on Saturday August 26 2017 by filling out the form provided using valid
population data (please note and save the user properly name and password at
registration).
 Method of Examination for Candidates for 2017 Budget Year will use the Computer
Assisted Test (CAT) System. CAT exams are held in 30 (thirty) locations, applicants can

must submit a written application letter attaching:
o Documents (print out) Registration Card Online Registration;
o The application letter was handwritten in black ink and signed on a Rp 6,000

Republic of Indonesia. The date of the application letter is adjusted to the date
when registering online at the BKN SSCN, which is between 1 - 26 August 2017;
o Photocopy of Identity Card which is still valid;
o Photocopy of certificate and transcript of value legalized by the authorized
official;
o For the General Applicant Formation and the Papua and West Papua Applicant
Formation, Certificate / other evidence showing the applicant study program is at
least B / Very Good, from the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education
(BAN PT) at the time the certificate is issued, if the accreditation is not written in
in a diploma, then evidenced by a statement from the Fakuitas;
o For the Cumlaude Applicant Formation, Certificate / other evidence that shows
the State or Private University accredited by the University with an accredited
study program A / Excellent from the National Accreditation Board of Higher
Education (BAN PT) at the time the certificate is issued, if the accreditation is not
written in diploma, then proven by a certificate from the Faculty;
o Recent photograph of 4 cm x 6 cm 4 sheets (red background), by writing online
registration number and applicant's name on the back of the photo.
 Applicants who have passed the administrative selection can print the Participant Identity
Card through the website https://sscn.bkn.go.id .

Information :

 The files are put in a brown envelope and in the top right corner, affixed to the
registration number online registration pieces .

Vl PHASE SELECTION

The selection of prospective judges for the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia for the
2017 Budget Year shall be carried out in the following stages:

 Administration Selection.
 Basic Competency Selection (SKD) with Computer Assisted Test (CAT);

o Participants who have passed the Administration Selection are entitled to take the
SKD according to the chosen test location;
o Participants who pass the SKD are 3 (three) times the number of formations
subsequently entitled to join the SKB;
o SKD and SKB graduation standards are regulated by the Minister of PAN and RB
regulations.
 Field Competency Selection (SKB), consisting of:

o Legal material test uses Computer Assisted Test (CAT) with a weighting of 50%;
o Psychological test with a weight of 25%;
o Interview with 25% weight; 4) Specifically applicants for Prospective Judges of
the Religious Courts plus material to Read and Understand the Yellow Book;
 Integration of SKD and SKB Values: SKD and SKB Values are integrated based on
Permenpan Number 20 of 2017;
 Announcement of Final Selection results:

o The final selection result is the cumulative value of the SKD and SKB scores;
o Participants with the highest ranking according to the number of formations
declared to have passed the selection of Judge Candidates and determined by the
Decree of the Chair of the Selection Committee, the results of the decision cannot
be contested.
