Customize Plans and Forms to Operator Needs
Creating quality and recipe plans
Use the Quality Layout editor to create
custom-designed forms for operators to fill
out. With the easy-to-use WYSIWYG layout
editor, a sample plan or sample form can be
quickly modified to fit every operator need.
The application provides multiple quality
recipe item types operators can use to
collect a variety of different data points.
With the comparison item type, visual
references are provided to operators,
allowing them to compare live product
against expected standards. For example,
this paint line operator can record what paint
color was used on the product sample in
front of him.
