Purpose of the Meeting:

Client explained that all parties should continue to


work as one team to speed up the work progress in
the project.
Also, he pointed out that the main purpose of this
meeting is to have a budgeted time-based program
for the remaining MEP works in both H2 & H3 as For Information
there is now Fit-Out Contractor on board in the two
towers.
The expected completion date for both towers is
required to be by October 2019.
Operator will require 3 months for soft opening.

All efforts and cash flow shall be directed to

stage after addressing the required Cash

AAC are required to keep H1 connected to

CRC produced some approvals in principles


for some of VO’s raised by AAC which Client
doesn’t consider final or pending to him as
this is an internal issue between CRC &

parties need to focus on the original project
works and V.O.’s shall be studied and
evaluated in later stage.

Client advised AAC to strictly avoid repeating

Meinhardt are now on board to give a push
