a. All documents for the meeting will be completed before the beginning of class
2. We will use a group chat
a. We will all be responsive to it
b. Group communications about this lit circle will all take place on the same group
chat
3. We will all contribute to the documents that we make to the best of our ability
4. If there is an absence
a. Person who is absent will do their best to notify the group as soon as they know
that they will be absent (see group chat expectations)
b. The rest of the group will continue on to the best of their ability, making sure to
inform the absentee of what they missed and what they will need to do to prepare
for the next meeting
5. Decisions made by the group in class are final* and can not be changed afterwards
