Description

IT Master Solutions is seeking 2017-2018 undergraduates in the field of software development for
full-time employment in our Information Technology Internship Program. The IT Internship offers
comprehensive training in technical skills and business knowledge.

Responsibilities

● Build new solutions with one or more of ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Windows
Forms, .NET/C#, Angular JS, and MSSQL Server 2012.
● Support and maintain existing web applications or Windows applications or Windows
Services troubleshooting issues as they arise and recommending improvements.
● Test and document new applications, changes, and interacts with team members.
● Works with project owners and analysts during system design to determine needs and to
plan solutions.
● Communicate with project owners, end-users, and other IT teams regarding project
progress and issue resolutions.
● Support servers for related functions.

Qualifications
● Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
● Strong GPA
● Core proficiency in one or more of the following: C#, C++, JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS
● Ability to research, recommend, and apply new solutions as they emerge.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Can effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
● Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and superior problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

I’m a student at SENA and I’m expecting to be an Analyst and Developer of Information Systems.

I have a strong leadership in projects, design or development and problems resolution. I have knowledge in systems,
telecommunications, electronics and networks that fit any type of needs or conditions for any organization. Positive
attitude to the challenges and oriented of resolutions.

I am an employee at Movil Exito as a Technical Analyst. At work, I’m an innovative person because I like to introduce new
ideas. I have creative thinking. Handling of critical cases, reports in Excel and communication through Skype, mail and
telephone. I’m working at this moment with the QA and technological specialist checking all the features of a new platform,
making regression testing and sanity check.

I have to do real-time tests and parameter analysis, management of internal software and databases of the company,
protocols and respective checklist. One of my biggest qualities is that I have strong interpersonal skills. I helped to
implement the USSD code for movil Exito (*3333#) and reduce the errors during the migration of a new software adquired.

Employment: Please describe any previous practical experience you may have had.

I worked for Tigo attending, solving and monitoring all the requirements of users on the national territory. Providing
technical support, prepare a list of the requirements and complaints presented by the users, schedule technical reviews,
configure networks (ADSL, HFC and GPON), and remote management of devices.

When I was living in Barranquilla, I worked for Tracfone Wireless as a Technical Support Tier 2, involved in processing
orders, forms and applications of Help Desk. Having a professional and courteous manner at all times. Proven track record
of repairing, researching, testing components and systems. Identifying and escalating priority issues or customer technical
complaints.

My first job was at Hydrabelt as an administrative auxiliary, performing inventories and implementing a new database;
shipments of goods and spare parts, reception of products nationally and internationally, engineering support.
