Subject: Compliance Report for “NEMA Type 4X Enclosure” evaluation of Power Box, Control Box and Power
Factor Box.

Dear Mr. Arabiat,

This letter represents the results of the evaluation of the above referenced equipments to the requirements
contained in the following standards:

• Standard for Safety Enclosures for Electrical Equipment Non-Environmental Considerations, UL 50,
Issued:2007/09/04 Ed:12 /CSA C22.2 No. 94.1-07 First Edition

• Standard for Safety Enclosures for Electrical Equipment, Environmental Considerations, UL 50E,
Issued:2007/09/04 Ed:1/ CSA C22.2 No. 94.2-07 First Edition

This investigation was authorized by Petra R&D; application Q500359203 dated 02/10/2012. Production sample,
Model Power Box, ID No. DAL1208151040-001, was received on 08/15/2012 and 03/24/2016. The Power Box
sample and the design of the Control box, and Power factor box were evaluated 08/23/2012 to 08/28/2012 at the
Intertek, Dallas facility.

As per the evaluation conducted all three enclosures meets the requirement of “NEMA Type 4X Enclosures”. Only
the Power Box enclosure was evaluated, however construction of the Power Box enclosure represents the
Control Box and Power Factor Box.
