Top Achievers in the Freshman Test 100 (T.A.F.T. 100)

General Information Selection

In celebration of the centennial of Lasallian presence in the
Philippines, De La Salle University launched the Top Achievers
in the Freshman Test 100 or T.A.F.T. 100. This program
recognizes high school seniors who performed exceptionally well
in the DLSU College Admissions Test.
Benefits and Privileges
The T.A.F.T. 100 will receive:
• 15% tuition discount every term;
• Students with scholarships from other institutions, e.g.
DOST Scholarship will be given stipend equivalent
to the tuition discount;
• Preferential rate from Lasallian Center;
• Advance enrollment;
• Priority in leadership and development seminars; and
• Special library privileges.
Financially needy students may apply for assistance from the
Scholarship and Financial Assistance (SFA) Office. A modest
stipend apart from the tuition discount can be made available.
Qualified students will be invited for an orientation program
where the details of the T.A.F.T. 100 program will be discussed.
Retention
All grantees are required to maintain a GPA of 2.500 per term
however, if deviation from the required GPA is .05, a student is
given a chance for another term. Tuition discount will only cover
the program checklist of the undergraduate program enrolled in.

Eligibility
The top 100 examinees of the DLSU CET will be automatically
awarded this distinction.

Those who will qualify for the Star Scholars program and the St.
La Salle Scholarship will only receive one grant and will be given
the award of higher value.
