Ginger :-
The rhizome (underground part of the stem) is the part commonly used as
a spice. It is often called ginger root, or simply ginger.
The unique fragrance and flavor of ginger come from its natural oils, the
most important of which is gingerol.
Cardamom :-
Cardamom may be helpful for people with high blood pressure, that’s why it
is considered to be an effective remedy to control malefic Sun.
The promising results of this study may be related to the high levels of
antioxidants in cardamom. In fact, the participants’ antioxidant status had
increased by 90% by the end of the study. Antioxidants have been linked to
lower blood pressure.
Researchers also suspect that the spice may lower blood pressure due to
its diuretic effect, meaning it can promote urination to remove water that
builds up in your body, for example around your heart.

Cinnamon :-
Cinnamon is made by cutting the stems of cinnamon trees. The inner bark
is then extracted and the woody parts removed.
When it dries, it forms strips that curl into rolls, called cinnamon sticks.
These sticks can be ground to form cinnamon powder.
The distinct smell and flavor of cinnamon are due to the oily part, which is
very high in the compound cinnamaldehyde .
Scientists believe that this compound is responsible for most of cinnamon's
powerful effects on health and metabolism.
Cinnamon has been linked to a reduced risk of heart disease, the world's
most common cause of premature death.
Guggulu:-
Guggul is the common name for the flowering mukul myrrh tree
(Commiphora mukul). It is a small, thorny tree that is most commonly found
in India, in the arid climates of states such as Rajasthan and Gujarat.
Guggul also refers to the resin formed from the sap of the guggul tree,
which has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for over two thousand years.
Guggul is known by the Sanskrit name “Guggulu,” which means, “protects
from disease”.
Helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels already within the normal range
Guggul has very subtle and penetrating qualities and because of this is
considered a yogavahi, meaning that it is often employed specifically to
carry other substances deep into the tissues. Further, its combination with
other herbs actually lends direction to its powerful detoxifying and
rejuvenating qualities. Guggul pacifies vata, pitta, and kapha, though it is
especially renowned for alleviating vata aggravations. That’s why it is seen
associated with planet Saturn.
Shilajit :-
The fascinating herbal matter known as shilajit has profound effects on the
physical body and mind including the capability of life expansion. This
thick, blackish-brown, sticky substance is made from plants and organic
matter that have been trapped by many layers of rocks over millions of
years in the areas surrounding India, China, Tibet, Nepal, Pakistan, Central
Asia and Scandinavia. The extreme variations of hot and cold weather
combined with the massive pressure from the weight of the mountains
creates the mineral rich matter to flow out of the rocks. In some areas, foot-
long scorpions will sting the rocks and the poison that is dispersed causes
the Shilajit to flow out of the rocks. There are four different types of Shilajit:
Copper (Tamra) that is blue in color, Silver (Rajat) which is white in color,
Gold (Sauvarna) that is red in color, and Iron (Lauha) which is blackish
brown in color and is the kind that is used for healing.

Turmeric :-
Turmeric is the spice that gives curry its yellow color. It has been used in
India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb. Recently,
science has started to back up what Indians have known for a long time —
it really does contain compounds with medicinal properties. These
compounds are called curcuminoids, the most important of which is
curcumin. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has
powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant.
