Terms & Conditions

(Man Power Recruitment)

1. Our service charge would be equivalent to 8.33% of annual CTC of each candidate selected by your
organization through us for all junior and middle level positions and 12.57 % for all senior positions.

2. Additional Service Tax @ 12.36% (as applicable) will be charged on the invoice amount.

3. Our payment has to be cleared with in 20 days from the date of joining of the selected candidate.

4. Our services also include the replacement of the selected candidate, without any charge, in case any
selected candidate resigns within a period of three months of his / her date of appointment.

5. For interview of outstation candidates, all expenses at actual to be borne by the organization for which
prior consent shall be taken by consultants.

6. In case the Employer wishes to advertise the vacancies in Newspapers/Magazines, Employer will bear
the cost, for consultants shall take that prior consent.

7. Resume forwarded to you as per your requirement will remain our property. You should select someone
from these Resumes against any subsequent requirement or should a candidate rejected by you at an
interview be selected later through a walk-in-interview or a candidate declines to join your organization
at the time of interview but later approaches you directly and joins your organization will be considered
to be a placement done by us and service charges mentioned above will be borne by your organization.

8. Please note that non-receipt of any message shall be deemed as acceptance of the above said terms
and conditions.
