monitor continues to operate accurately and reliably over its lifetime.
System Service Perform manual Gas Sensor span check / calibration 1-4x / YEAR
NOTE: The service procedures in this manual are restricted to qualified service representatives.
(a) Inspect the mains power cable leading to the junction box for damage.
HINT: Check the cable has not been pulled from the strain relief.
HINT: Check the insulation for signs of mechanical damage.
HINT: Check the insulation for signs of electrical damage.
HINT: Check the insulation for signs of heat damage.
WARNING: If damage is observed an assessment regarding the safety of the system must be made and
steps to prevent any personal injury and any further damage to the instrument should be taken.
(b) Record observations in the instrument Log Book.
(g) Measure the flow rate of the air through the sample inlet.
HINT: This is the flow rate of the sample inlet, not the flow rate of the sample inlet through the scrubber.
HINT: If you have an Ozone module be aware that the Ozone module pump cycles on and off about every
thirty seconds. Wait for the Ozone module pump to turn ON before taking a measurement.
