Relationship Manager for Udaan


About the company
UDAAN is a network-centric B2B trade platform, designed specifically for small & medium
businesses in India. It brings traders, wholesalers, retailers, and manufacturers in India on to a
single platform.
Basically with Udaan, traders can reach out to buyers and sellers across the country. Using Udaan
platform one can connect directly with a buyer or seller just like in the shop. They can discuss the
product and negotiate terms of credit directly with the buyer/seller. One can make a purchase or
sell a product with the tap of a button.
Udaan facilitates secure payments and arranges for quick logistics.
Udaan is a platform to grow the network for future business,
even as one buy and sell.
Purpose of the Internship:

Recently Udaan has verified their customers, they want to ensure if their
customers are facing any issue so that they can improve their service. You
have to ask few questions to Shop Owners and you have to take their
feedback over a call.
You have to motivate the Udaan partners to order from Udaan.
Basically you will be helping Udaan in building a satisfactory and lasting
relationship with their customers as well as their 'Partner Shops'.
Roles & Responsibility:
1. In Awign app we will be providing you leads which will include Shop name and
Contact number.

2.You will act as a Relationship Manager and will be interacting with the Shop
Owners over a call.

3. As per the process, you have to submit real-time data on the Awign App after
calling each lead along with the remarks.

4. You will be using cloud-based calling solution of Awign to make these calls.

How to Change the Status after Calling the Lead:
1. When you should change the status from Allocated to - Connected: If the
person picks up the call, listen to the whole pitch.
2. When you should change the status from Allocated to Followup: You
tried to call the partner, the customer’s phone is Switched off, Not Reachable,
DNA, Wrong no or the partner has asked you to call back later.
3. When you should change the status from Followup to Not Able to
Connect: You called a lead from followup status the person didn’t pick the call
or the customer’s phone is Switched off, Not Reachable, Wrong no then you
should change the status to not able to connect
