They provide tools, training, and even aircraft for civilian pilot training. They are currently #1 provider of FAA
approved simulators for pilot training. The company has a strong history of updating the brand to keep up with the
current trends. Has fallen behind in current graphics and marketing. Large parts still use the swoosh style. Company
started in 2006. They plan on growing there brand but have no plans to break into other markets.

Market Position

Simcom: Full fidelity simulators, no motion, larger footprint

Frasca Flight Simulations: Motion is on a huge scale, every large footprint, full fidelity sims

Convey the fun of flight, seriousness of flight, and a sense of adventure. I plan on helping them by pulling the brand
out of the 90s. They have a great start but its time to finish the job.
